Did not sign up for this and when I try to get a refund they insist I have to do it thru Apple (even tho I don’t use this as a payment method)!!

This was exactly what I needed to remove the water marks!

I took out a trial subscription to edit a photo to make is passport compliant. When I got into the system I just got an error message; when I tried to contact support, I just got an error message. I think the whole thing is a scam.

I signed up via what appeared to be a low-cost trial and was subsequently charged $49.99 by SA_LIFTAPP.AI on MAY 18, 2026. Upon accessing the app after the charge, I had zero credits, the service was not delivered.
When I attempted to contest the charge through PayPal, the dispute was marked ineligible. There is no clear refund path on their website, and their support has not resolved the issue.
This is a documented pattern: hundreds of Trustpilot reviews describe the same trial-to-subscription conversion with no meaningful consent, charges processed via PayPal, and zero functional credits upon access. The operator is a Cyprus-registered company and I am now filing complaints with the FTC and the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service.
I am not disputing that a subscription model exists. I am disputing that $49.99 was charged and nothing was delivered. That is non-delivery.

Well it’s making me do this review before I’ve really even finished my first project but I got this app to merge two photos into one thing. Not a person. But take detail from one picture put it on the other and so far it seems to have done just that.

To try the app and see if it works. You have to pay 1,99 euros for a "Free trial period"! So it s not free. Unfortunately, the app doesen t work as advertise because it can t do half of the things ....
