FRAUD/SCAM ALERT - AVOID THIS APP
As other people have mentioned - this is a super shady company with highly deceptive business practices.
I purchased a one-time payment, one-week use of their service for $1.99 and made a few AI image headshots to use on LinkedIN. I did this through through a web-portal based version of their service after seeing an ad somewhere and following the link. I made 4 photos, downloaded them through the webapp, and that was that - I didn't use it again...
Fast forward - one week later I am charged $49.99 for a SUBSCRITION that was not only not transparently stated, but I have no desire to use and I did not authorize. At this point I downloaded the app just so I could see what was going on, and sure enough I was able to log into with my email and it showed a one-month subscription was active! I immediately cancelled the subscription and tried contacting their support team, which was a waste of time. I got a canned response back from an AI bot that just more or less said "you signed up for this when you paid for the one-week 'trial'" which, again, was NOT clearly indicated at the time of paying the $1.99 for what seemed like a one-time payment. Next, I tried emailing their company's support email address - once again a canned bot response stating something similar to the app's support request.
The I look on TrustPilot - and sure enough, there are countless recent 1-star reviews with this EXACT issue stating that others were fraudulently charged in this exact same way, after not having been transparently told this was rolling over into a subscription.
Others have stated this issue was never responded to in email or within the support app - so clearly this company has no intention of refunding this fraud charge. I immediately took screenshots of my support requests and the canned BS responses I got back - and filed a PayPal charge back including the screen shots and stating the facts at hand. Furthermore, I indicated that if I don't get refunded through this company or PayPal, and I would be filing for fraud through Visa directly next.
AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS - or you will be fraudulently charged, too. I'll be getting my money back one way or the other.

Bad headshot and unexpected charge
Terrible app. Gave me a headshot that looked nothing like me. Then, after seven days, charged me around 50 USD for a recurring subscription I didn't know I was signing up for. They were very misleading as the price sounded like a one time 99 cent offer. I emailed them multiple times with no response. Scammy.

Terrible app
I wanted to remove a person from one photo but I had to sign up for a free trial just to find out that the app didn't work. The edited photo looked terrible, I could have done it better with the eraser in Paint. When signing up for the trial it said it would warn me when it expired but I never received notification so I forgot about it. Now I have a charge of €44 on my credit card for an app I used a few minutes. I'm sure legally they have the right to do this but I will never use this app again and will advice others not to either. Useless app only designed to make money off people who forget to cancel

Avoid This Service – Unauthorized Charges & No Support
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this platform.
I initially signed up for what appeared to be a short-term or weekly service just to upscale a few images. At no point did I clearly intend to subscribe to any ongoing monthly plan. However, without my proper awareness or clear consent, I was later charged $50 for a monthly subscription.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of customer support. I contacted them immediately after noticing the charge, requesting a refund and cancellation, but received no response at all. It feels like once they take your money, they simply ignore you.
After this happened, I checked reviews here and found many other users reporting the exact same issue:
Unexpected or unauthorized charges
Difficulty canceling subscriptions
No response from support
This pattern is extremely concerning and raises serious trust issues.
If a company is charging users without clear transparency and then not responding to refund requests, that is unacceptable. At the very least, there should be:
Clear billing terms
Easy cancellation
Responsive customer support
Unfortunately, none of that seems to exist here.
I have now been forced to contact my bank and initiate a chargeback to recover my money, which is something I never wanted to do but had no other option.
My advice:
Be very careful before entering your payment details on this platform. Based on my experience and many others here, there is a real risk of being charged without proper notice and not getting support afterward.
I would not recommend this service to anyone.
