Liftt Electric Garage Doors Reviews 17

For those of you that bought a roller door for the extra thickness I can only imagine you didnt measure what they installed! Liftt claim 18.5mm but actually install 15mm. Had my order cancelled because I complained. Now they have removed the 18.5mm from their website! I therefore do not recommend this Company.

Survey went ok and Jamie was very professional and knowledgeable.
Fitters arrived (Reece and Sam)on the day agreed no problem they worked very hard and gave a quick demonstration on how the doors worked left the work area clean and tidy.
Thought there should have been more paperwork/information on the equipment like remote controls and control panel in fact there was very little documentation ( like manufacturer I’ll come to that later).
Tried to find out cost spare remote controls from Liftt
said they would phone me back they didn’t so got in contact with Somfy (Liftt’s leaflet said motor and equipment is Somfy) they didn’t seem to recognise equipment and weren’t helpful so iam sending them photos of remote control and equipment to see if they can help.
The doors look great and are working fine so apart from the equipment queries it would have been 5 STARS.
Will update this review once I have sorted queries out

Brilliant from start to finish.
At the time of quoting, and subsequent calls, Rebecca on the phone was really helpful. The guys who came to measure up arrived promptly, were polite and friendly and did not take long. The installation date and time was set. The installer turned up one minute early(!) and did a great job despite the rain. The door looks really good and of course works well. Excellent quality.
Oh - and they were also the most competetive price. Highly recommended

Reece whom-installed the garage door was very capable and skilled doing an excellent job. Very polite and explained the workings of the fob etc. An asset to Liftt

Having spoken to a helpful lady at lifft Jamie and Mike came to measure for two doors. Lovely honest men with no pushy sales techniques. We ordered straight away because we believed the price was good especially for fantastic quality. Within a week the doors were fitted by Reece who was lovely polite and friendly. Despite the storm it didn’t stop him from working hard and by lunch time they were both fitted extremely well. We are very pleased by the whole experience which was easy friendly and more importantly honest. Do not hesitate in using lifft… they are fantastic 🤩

Jane, Jamie and Reece were all brilliant to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, they really pulled out all the stops (unexpectedly I ‘needed’ a new/larger garage door quickly) and they exceeded my expectations! After contacting a couple of door manufacturers and not being convinced by their offerings I contacted Liftt. Jamie arrived the next day and very professionally presented their product and company. Whats more he agreed that they could fit the door within three weeks. I ordered it there and then. The door was fitted and working on the morning promised. The quality of the product is superb and the installation standard is first class. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

I had 2 garage doors installed and few few weeks ago. Upon researching i found out that their prices were cheaper than the equivalent specs at competitors as you dont need to upgrade anything. Everything went smoothly with great service and really happy with the quality. Had a minor query to resolve after the work regarding the remote which was dealt with promptly by Jamie and all working well. Would highly recommend using this company.

Had my door fitted professionally and well by Liftt a year ago. A month ago the main control panel failed.

Within a week Jamie had sent me a fuse to try which I did and it didn’t work. As soon as I let him know it failed he sent an appointment for five days later.

The team arrived on time, worked hard and efficiently, were polite and respectful. They completely replaced the panel and motor under warranty in less than two hours.

Jamie’s company is sound, his fitters knowledgable and efficient and his guarantee is promptly honoured with no quibble. The product is good and he is straight. Would highly recommend.

I spoke to a bloke called Jamie, supposed professional, very sarcastic on the phone! I'm not the easiest person to deal with but...what a txxx!
Anyway apart from all that he again.....said he was going to sort my new garage door at my cost!! Again.... nothing!!!
Personally wouldn't get anything on line again, been ripped off ever since the whole thing came about!!!!

After being let down by another company called Garolla, ( a blessing in disguise), I contacted Lifft who responded very quickly and efficiently. I had a site visit with Jamie within 48 hrs of my enquiry and my new garage door was fitted by Reece a week later.
I cannot be more happy with the product quality, the excellent installation carried out by Reese and the professional service I received from Lifft.
I would thoroughly recommend them and would also use them again for future projects.

I had my new LIFTT Roller Garage Door fitted to day. It is the 3rd one I have had, the previous 2 were Securoglide, one damaged and the other replaced by insurance claim. The second one failed after 12 years and I looked to having it repaired but decided not to after investigations and lack of certainty about life of any proposed repair. I looked across the market for a replacement and decided on LIFTT for 2 reasons. Firstly I was impressed by the owners of the Company visiting me and explaining why they had become manufacturers after being installers and becoming frustrated by the numerous failure call-outs they had had. Secondly, as an Engineer I appreciated the design improvements they had made to the design which, in my opinion, made their product quality.
Having decided to purchase, I was given an installation date two weeks ahead. During this time I was texted an arrival time of the Installer which was fulfilled today,
Now the door has been fitted by Reece, I am even more impressed. It took about 4 hours, the old door was taken away and the new door is quieter with thicker, insulated aluminium slats, it is quieter and the control box is much more comprehensive i.e. there are far more options and you can lock the door electronically. I could not be more pleased and the engineering design improvements are both genuine and comprehensive. In conclusion, only time will tell, however, I am very pleased with my choice of garage door from LIFTT.

Garage door in my opinion was fitted in my opinion was fitted in a rush, resulting in it too far to one side. The plastic surrounds ie two sides and top, one side was cut too short resulting in a filler piece being put in to hide the mistake somone was put in the other side to match which does not give it a professional finish. The mastic was untidy and the top was missed completely, resulting in water ingress. One month later the door frame was re positioned the top surround was screwed and mastic and on inspection the middle screw has not been tightened because the finishing cap is slack. All of this in my opinion as a time served mechanical fitter could have been avoided with car and attention
