I am not satisfied but Nice fashion , shoes and things they have
I have brought some fabulous things but I never got the things and it went back to light in the box but I never got the Money back , I could See at the delivery Company had sent it back to Light in the box because I tracted it
I have the insurence for it when I brought it

After several attempts to contact them, but no reply, I tried to review them, after I ordered in error a product via PayPal.
I eventually I heard back from them via Fabio on Trust Pilot, stating that he had set up an online account for me to make representation about my orders.
I could not find this any where.
My orders have turned up, and I have sent them back as he suggested.
I have my doubts that they will arrive back with them, and as to my refund, I am not sure.

I don't quite know WHERE to begin I believed I had found the perfect site with all items looking totally awesome How WRONG could I be?? I spent a large sum of money ordering various items of clothing which all turned out to be total rubbish & that is putting it mildly!!

What arrived was not fit to put in someone else's Dustbin the sizing is laughable, quality does NOT exist!! The real issue now is trying to arrange a full refund. This company had the absolute audacity to offer me 70% reward nonsense to spend back on their site Are these people for real? Why I would spend further with this cowboy company is beyond me .. this company should be arrested by the Fashion Police Also, they expect you to return the garbage at your own cost - 'they don't have return labels' apparently ??? I have no intention of spending another penny with them so .. until they decide to PAY for their crap to be returned .. the items can ROT in my garage whilst Barclaycard are looking into this total rip-off company

I ordered Biker Shorts size xxxl it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. When the shorts arrived I had no Idea this Company was in china. The Shorts said XL US on the Label. I had no phone Number to call and to return the shorts Cost me 23.50. I paid the return shipping and Now I'm out 23.50 plus 27.88 for the Item. I have not seen a Dime of my money and Lightinthebox does not list a Phone Number. They also do not tell you that their sizes are Asian sizes and they Deny that its Their Fault. They Will not ever refund Your Money. I say if your In the USA Boycott this seller. They Also post Phony reviews about themselves that are Good Thousands Have been SCAMMED With this website and I'm one of them. I WILL KEEP POST MY OPINION EVERYDAY UNTIL THEY SHUTDOWN

OOOO stars if it's possible i pay for 2 par shoes I get only 1 and 40€ tax i and never get a onest response from them or get my money back.....

Waited since March for 12 sets of lights to then get an email saying they can’t find my package so can’t reimburse me for what I paid for !!! Said if I pay the postage yet again they will send told them I’m not paying again as the reasons light in the box said weren’t my fault and that I would take it further as not happy , been no reply to that from them and it’s been 4 days !!! Horrendous company beware take your money then expect you to pay again needs closed down!!!

I did a order online from this company 4 months ago. The tracking still in other country and the customer service gave me excuses that is arriving. I complain that I want the money back and still nothing so far. We are talking about 80 Euros....

Bad company, do not buy anything with them. You don't get any item or money either

The product is working less than 24 hours. Very bad quality, and a very bad contact with customer care, they never understand the problem I have. Product is returned, still waiting now

I did not get my item on time and after a lot of writing back and forth we came to a fair agreement.

I have received my Laptop Fan. It really work well and my Laptop is not even hot underneath after watching a three hour movie. Very good idea to protect Laptops from overheating.
