I’ve used this company previously, great service, my order was delivered within a couple of days.

I am extremely happy with my purchase from light and Scent, my soaps look and smell wonderful. Would definitely order again.

After my initial complaint I was contacted by the company via trustpilot, and after sending photographs of the damaged candle tin again, I received an apology and an offer of a refund or a credit. However, I had to contact the firm again after 2 weeks as the refund had not materialised. I was then refunded. I was also asked to review the rating I had given the company on Trustpilot, so that is what I am doing. I understand that they are a small company and that sometimes things do go wrong. That's the downside of ordering online. Had the candle been for me rather than a present I would probably not have said anything about the condition of the tin I am satisfied with the outcome. It's just a shame that it took time and effort to resolve.

As yet can't review any products as despite this being the 9th day since placing order I am still waiting to receive it.
I am hoping that when I receive my order that i will be able to give 5 stars.

Haven't received items yet but have had great communication with the seller. One of my items wasn't in stock but was offered an alternative straight away. Will hope that the items are as good as the people selling them!

I often buy these kind of things from a well known brand that can be found on some high streets. These are cheaper- but a quarter of the size , and not a quarter of the price! These look very pretty, and could potentially make a nice present, but its such a pity they dont colour the bathwater- small thing, but it makes the experience much more fun .....The other brand uses strong vegetable colours which changes the colour of the bath water ( to a lovely bright pink for instance) and the scent of the water and the oils are also much stronger. So, though I like to try new brands, I am afraid I was disappointed. It wouldnt take too much to improve it, but the bathtime experience was not as enhanced as i would have liked.

Bought as a gift for Mothers Day, lovely smell, I'm sure it will be appreciated. Good value & pretty tin & candle.

Bath melts made my skin feel so soft would definitly order them again and try some different products that you do
