LB Efficiency. Speed in replies, easy to follow advice!
I contacted support to get the current licence expiry date. This due to sent in a payment which according to mu notes was due….but it seems I was way out partly due to getting months of extension for paying before expiry!!
I sent my request during a weekend, thinking it would “Next week” before a reply would be sent!
I was wrong…due to the LB Team efficiencyI got a quick reply next day!! Thanks guys

Best software available, with outstanding support
Offered at a fair price (you'll easily make your money back just from the time saved compared to using LaserGRBL and similar tools), this is hands down the best laser software out there. It works with all laser cutters.
Support on their forum is incredibly fast and detailed.

I have been using Lightburn since 2018; it is outstanding software. With every release, it only gets better. I absolutely love the customer support, too!

I am a complete newcomer to laser usage and not a particularly good computer user, added together this made for a daunting venture.
Lightburn were so helpful answering my queries and offering very helpful advice. I achieved my first project but only because of Lightburn’s help.
Their App is understandable to novices and forgiving when user errors occur. The main thing I felt most important from this was that Lightburn is staffed by real people who were willing to resond with personal emails. At no time did I feel that I was just another‘customer’ I felt valued. Thank you Lightburn Team

Can't comment much on the software as I'm only responsible for getting it installed, but their customer service experience was brilliant.

Assisted with the retrieval of a product key with minimal information to hand, went above and beyond what I was expecting.

It is for me the best software for Laser cutters… I’m using it for many years and it is excellent… I recommend it 100%

Very fast answer

I sent out a email and received a response in a timely matter. I was given instructions on how to resolve the issue, with great results. Great customer service!

I had quick response but the rep who communicated with me was unable to come up with a definitive solution. So I’m still not comfortable with engraving two expensive hydro flask tumblers without knowing specifically what settings I should use. So I’m giving a review quantification of 3.

The software is very good and exceeded my expectations. It is practically an all-in-one program, and that is because I still have a lot to learn to enjoy what the program has to offer. The customer service and support team are very good and quick in responding. Congratulations to the developers.

After figuring out the basics, and getting my Omtech laser set up its very easy to use and get images to engrave. If you are a beginner dont monkey around with the serttings until you fully understand what they do. The how to guides are simple and easy to follow.

Now to figure out the more advanced settings and make my own images.

I'm too late for their support review request - I was too slow in replying to a support review which is now closed! Support was prompt and courteous.

I've received the camera and mount today. Shipping and delivery was very fast. Just need to mount and test the camera.

Contacted tech support 4 times, they don't know how to read and they don't care.

I need my license number. It was easy to get it emailed to me. The support people were great and did a follow up when I accidently requested it twice even. The response to my request was answered within hours. Great software product.

The support service is working great! But that's not the point!
I bought the LightBurn program, connected it, and the next day I found out that it was blocked for me, saying that I have a Russian IP address. I am an Israeli citizen, I paid with an Israeli card and received permission for an Israeli company's phone number, but they refused to even extend the trial version for at least 3 days! Before that, I was perfectly using the trial version while in Russia and no one blocked me, although they saw that I was in Russia!!!They just stupidly blocked and refunded the money and did not respond to my requests to turn on the trial version for at least a couple of days because I had an unfinished project for children!
