Had to pay £5 shipping which is fair enough, however the product is faulty and does not work at all yet im expected to pay for the shipping to return a faulty item. Very very poor service

Faultless service

Beautiful lights
Beautiful lights, well wrapped and delivered quite promptly. They are ambient lighting (not task) so perfect for evening lighting in our lounge.

Didn’t realise my order was coming from…
Didn’t realise my order was coming from the Netherlands but delivery was quicker than I expected.
The light fitting is very ligh and strong and I was amazed that the led tubes were plastic!!
