Think I’m losing it,but I think they’ve shrunk.They don’t fit anymore.

Lightfeet thongs

I’ve tried just about every brand of thongs in Australia and I’ve got to say that Lightfeet things are the best! Soft but supportive, easy to wear, great arch support. Not only that but the customer service is the best I’ve experienced. I have trouble finding the right fit, especially when buying online. Not a problem for Lightfeet! Was extremely impressed by the “not a problem” attitude from Tegan. Took us 3 tries to fit my odd feet but nothing was a problem.

Paid $80 for 2 pairs of socks during Black Friday “sales”-didn’t get 3rd free pair :(
This is apparently because I didn’t put 3 in my cart. I realized this the moment after I paid so I immediately emailed customer service but my message was ignored.
Normally wouldn’t buy these overpriced socks so it was hugely disappointing . 👎

Bought a pair of Lightfeet thongs and one has shrunk!! They were at the door and this one got more sunlight but have always taken my thongs off at the door without this issue. Customer Service is non existent- can’t phone them and have had no response to my emails which is more frustrating than the actual thong issue. Money basically thrown away. Would recommend Archies any day over this product!!!

Very disappointed in the quality of my ankle socks. Wore through in no time.

100% moneyback guarantee is rubbish. They don’t have a phone number to call, email is the only option. I’ve sent 3 emails and no response. Never will buy from them again.

These don't wear very well, after only a few months the stitching is coming undone and holes are appearing. The elastic is extremely tight around your leg at the top and when you get down to it the cushioning is no better than my thick bamboo socks. This a marketing gimic.
They are very expensive and not worth it in the long run.

Very disappointed, I am getting rubbing on the tops of my toes and pain,I thought these were the best and they are expensive.
However, you don't mind paying extra for the best-or so I thought!
I have emailed three times, no response or after-sales service.

Sent the socks I bought back as I wasn't 100% happy with them. It's been over a month and I haven't heard back. I sent an email almost 2 weeks ago and no response. Next step is to lodge a dispute with my credit card company...

They felt amazing at first. The most comfortable thongs I'd ever worn. But after about an hour, they rubbed so tightly and so much that I got really bad torn blisters on the inside of my feet where the strap sits. I've never heard of having to wear-in thongs before, nor have I had to. I don't think I can wear these at all anymore and I went out of my way and paid a pretty penny for them. I personally do no recommend these. They are far too tight.

After trying many other products I came across Lightfeet and finally found products that are well made and reasonably priced. The service is fantastic too!
