Great Train the Trainer Sessions lively and engaging loved the experience.

I've attended many courses and training experiences and like-wise facilitated a fair few myself so apart from my own learning motivations, I always think you get out what you put in. Farah's CL course was just the right pace - even for someone who knows a lot about the science. What's key is the connection between the science, your business/work and your own everyday behaviour. This course is super useful and Lighthouse are professionals that know how to engage at multiple levels.

Emma and the Lighthouse Sustainability team have been great in helping to establish a carbon literacy training programme at my company. The training has been really well received and is supporting the company on its carbon net zero commitment. Emma is a great trainer engaging employees with different backgrounds and at different levels.

I came to the course with a generally solid understanding, but lacking in the confidence on how to communicate issues of climate change and carbon. Despite being virtual, the group activities were engaging and Emma and Charlotte made everyone feel involved in discussions. Having been on a previous training course ran by Emma on Sustainability Policies and Certifications, I had high hopes and was not disappointed by her approach to this subject. Will definitely recommend Lighthouse for CLP Training!

Learning about something so complex can be a challenge, especially when you are doing it over a screen. Emma has a way of making everyone feel heard and valued, whilst presenting information in a pragmatic way, so that you're able to actually use what you've learnt. Highly recommend.

A super course providing an introduction to how green house gases are created and how individuals and businesses can take steps to reduce their carbon footprint.

It would be useful if this course could go into more detail on how trained individuals could make an impact within business instead of their personal lives, however appreciate this may be focus of further courses.

Emma (supported by Charlotte) is a super trainer - she fantastically balances detail with the width of the subject whilst suggesting pragmatic solutions and different approaches to how individuals and businesses can take on the climate crisis.

Really enjoyable course from a highly knowledgeable trainer - taking you from key climate terminology & latest scientific insight to thinking about how you can apply it in the business world - packed with useful tools & sources.

Fantastic course which really helped the team. Engaging and knowledgeable to determine the fundamentals with some good debate especially around some of the pitfalls regarding Greenwashing.

An incredibly informative training, which provided a scope of information regarding important aspects of how to cut carbon emission in both the business world and in the home sphere. Highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to make a start on how to implement change! The trainer's 25+ year experience in the sector is apparent throughout the course and I learned so much - highly recommend!Inspired to make the right changes to meet net zero climate targets!

I recently went on Lighthouse Sustainability's Carbon Literacy training for business. It was an excellent course, with a lot of information about climate change and what it means for us all but delivered in a way that you could get your head round. Emma was very engaging as the trainer and I would encourage everyone to invest their time in this training as part of their organisation's sustainability strategy.

Emma is a brilliant trainer - she manages to make a complex and overwhelming subject manageable and understandable, doing a great job of balancing the urgency and scale of action needed, with what we can achieve individually and within our businesses. Highly recommend!
