The manager, Tammy, was exceptionally courteous and helpful finding the size and price of a unit I needed. The units I inspected were spot clean and the price was surprisingly very reasonable. The entrance to the units are very secure. I am completely satisfied with the security, size and price of my unit.

I was in desperate need of a storage spot for my travel trailer. When I originally called, this facility was sold out, too. But, unlike other companies, they asked for my number and said they'd reach out if a spot came open -- within a few weeks one did...they worked with me and got me in in no time! The most helpful team I've experienced at a storage facility ever!

The managers are very,very nice with the customers. They give customer information that they need to rent a storage with kindness and with reasonable price.

If I could put no stars I would Complete Rip off. Tried to keep my unit by charging excessive fees. The trick is low cost upfront but will bust your butt on the backend. Don’t be one day late or it goes from 60-300 no exaggeration. I’m letting everyone know that those youngsters and the owners are scamming ppl in Evansville, Indiana. This could be happening all over. Enter with caution and if the try it file suit against them and BBB.
