I was told my delivery of strip lights would be delivered between 1.30 and 2.30 today 7th February, i cancelled a doctors appointment to stay indoors and wait for it to come. It did not come. Then they messaged me at 5.20 saying the driver had left a delivery card. The driver did not leave anything of the sort, they lied! I was in all day. And they then said that they had taken the delivery to the local post office. It was not local at all, i will need to get a bus tomorrow to pick it up and see if they work, i have my doubts. Do not order anything from this place!!!

Tried to order off web site in UK. Hopeless situation. Offered a discount code which was great but couldn’t purchase. Tried without code, still couldn’t purchase. Only wanted a 21 led UV torch. Just no response from website using IPad or IPhone. Had to give up, really frustrating.

I ordered 2 pair of solar outdoor lights which came free standard delivery. On testing them 1 was found not to work. I phoned them on their contact number, and yes, I had to wait about 20 minutes on the phone, but it was an 0800 and with it on speaker I didn't mind holding. Once through the service was polite and professional. The nonworking light was replaced within days and because they came in pairs, sent me two as a replacement for the one. Very pleased with the result. Certainly value for money. Thank you "Lighting Ever"

This company is worthless. They don't send an order confirmation or that they sent it out, they send broken or wrong products and their customer service is non existent. I am so so so mad that I wasted my money on this company. They sent me someone else's order one time and another time the product did not work. Whatever their issue is, I do not think they put much time into their company.

Something has gone wrong with this company.
They replaced a faulty product two months ago promptly but it has just failed again. The phone number seems to be blocked. It starts to ring and then ringing tone is blocked by unobtainable tone.

Bought 4 solar lights from this company last month. One does not work.
Despite 3 emails, one message on their website and 2 phone calls I have had no response from them. And no reply on their phone numbers.
So much for a 2 year warranty if you can't contact anybody?
I cannot recommend this company or its products.
Waste of time and money.
Shame on you

No delivery, emailed 3times and rang there phone number to be on hold 1hour and 20 minutes, grrrr furies

Goods exactly as described and arrived on the stated time.
My order was very professionally handled.

This is the 3rd time I have made a purchase from LE and have received excellent service each time. No problems and orders were received in good condition and when expected.

A very professional service received with a quickish delivery turnaround. The lights haven't been installed yet, as waiting for the electrician to come and install, but he's installed from this company before and has had no reasons for concern as far as quality goes.
Just can't wait until he arrives and for them to be turned on!
