Purchased a beautiful light from here. It arrived really quickly and was well packaged. The price was far cheaper than the same light for sale on other websites. I would purchase again.

My shade arrived with very slight damage- not awful but I could see it. I contacted Lighting room and within 2 hours they had agreed to replace it. Excellent customer service!!

Lighting Room had exactly the lampshades I was looking for and at a very competitive price.
The shades were well-packed to avoid any damage en route and my order was delivered several days after being placed. Excellent service.

Did not enjoy our experience with the lighting room. Lengthy delay in receiving item. Below standard customer service, where everything has a reason that is not their fault and for you to be understanding of that, eventually did not reply to emails. I am sure they are great, until things go wrong.

I am delighted with my lamps and shades, exactly what I was looking for. The service was prompt, ordered on a Sunday and had I been home, would have been delivered on the Tuesday, but I got them the next day. The lamps were packaged to a very high standard to avoid any damage and were very reasonably priced. All in all I would highly recommend the Lighting Room and would give ten stars if it were possible.

The glass pendant light I ordered arrived really quickly and very well packaged. Very pleased with my purchase.

Found the lights I wanted cheaper on this site than anywhere else, unfortunately one of the shades were cracked but customer service had this sorted and a replacement sent straight out. Brilliant customer service rare to find these days

I bought the Dar Boyd 3 light bar pendant. The price was very competitive and the service and delivery very efficient. Unfortunately, the parcel got dropped at some point on its way and when we unpacked it, one of the shades was cracked. A replacement shade was sent within 24hrs of me reporting this. I would not hesitate to recommend the Lighting Room - it’s rare you get such brilliant customer service.

I'm so impressed with this company and will definitely be buying from them again! I placed an order on 15th May and the lights arrived today (17th May). Not to mention Lighting room were the cheapest company for all 3 lights that we purchased after lots of thorough searching. Would highly recommend 👍

I ordered a lamp which wasn't in stock so Jo advised that they would place the order with the supplier who would then ship directly to me. Great communication on the run up to the delivery and the lamp arrived one afternoon the following week; unfortunately the lamp was broken. However, I reported the fact by e-mail to Jo who immediately informed the supplier to arrange for a replacement, which to my delight arrived the very next day! Faultless customer service - well done!
