Customer Service accusing me for lying
Update 18/10-2022:
So he replied back to my mail and confirmed, there's no warranty. But that's not it. He was really personal and attacking me with his response. I'm literally gutted by the service he provides.
If I could, I would attach the mail correspondence, so you guys can see, how insane bad his customer service is.
I never attacked him nor was I personal on my responses, but he dares to do that to a customer?!
This is why I changed my review to 1 star!
Now I'm going personal on this review, because I cba using my time mailing back and forth with him anymore. Imo, don't buy his product or anything else from him!

I finally got my Night Shift from LightMode after about 1 month wait. I opened the package, and the mounting system on the controller was broken/damaged, so I couldn't mount it on my helmet. I emailed the customer service with pics as prove etc. and told them to send a new controller under warranty, but no answer. Emailed them again 4 days after and got an answer.
After reading a long reply from them, where they explained how they inspect and test their product before shipping it, and the label in the box was proof of it. I was left with a feeling that I was accused of lying, and the only thing they could do for me is providing a link to buy a new controller for 106 USD with a voucher with 20% off!
I replied back to the response, but haven't heard anything from them.
Seems like there's no warranty at all on their products, and accusing a customer for lying is also a sign of, they don't know how to handle customers properly. It ended up with I glued the mounting system on the controller with super-glue, because I'm not going to pay 84.6 USD for a new controller. Why should I pay a new controller, when the one I got was already broken?! The product itself is already quite expensive.
The product does look very nice and cool, but lets see how long the 3M sticker on the product will stay on the helmet etc. I'm quite pessimist at the moment to be honest.
