Timeframe for delivery was accurate and delivered in 2 days once shipped. I had to cancel one item and reorder a larger size. Customer service responded immediately to help with the process. I ordered several lights. Delivered factory sealed with no issues.

Quality products, quick delivery, and great customer service

I ordered two ceiling fans because I was indecisive. One of them arrived promptly, but the other was delayed by several months. We installed the one that arrived. I called Lightopia and ask them to cancel the second fan that was delayed. My interaction with their personnel was expedient, professional, and seamless. Would definitely choose Lightopia for future purchases

Item arrived quickly and packaged…

Item arrived quickly and packaged nicely. I was missing 2 pieces, but the claims process was super easy and the staff was incredible in helping us getting the missing parts. Would buy again!!!

The lamp arrived defective because a…

The lamp arrived defective because a part was missing. I tried using your customer support chat to report it and get a resolution. The chat kept me waiting for 20 minutes while it said it was looking into it. Then it just told me the claim was reported and they would get back to me in 3 to 5 days. I’m really frustrated and I have a lamp that is unusable. It shouldn’t take several days just to tell me if they will send me the part or if I need to package it all back up and return it. I’m sorry I used Lightipia and I won’t recommend it to anyone else.

One of the fan blades had been drilled incorrectly, so the notch was in the wrong place. Our contractor tried to fix it, and we'll hope that it works.

The overall design of the fixture is…

The overall design of the fixture is lovely, but the unforeseen aspect is the bulbs are exposed and visible when looking at the chandelier from any angle but a direct profile. Also I ordered a pair of chandeliers and the canopies do not match.

High-quality and cool they look great.
Their site wouldn’t let me get the 15% discount but when I emailed them about it, they issued it without much effort so that was nice
