This bulb was not the one I wanted to fit the lamp base I ordered and not the one shown in the illustration. It was not in proportion or the correct shape/size for the base but there was no indication online that this bulb was different from that shown. However, on phoning, I was quickly supplied with the correct one at no extra cost.
