I am extremely angry
I am extremely angry. I have just received an email from GLS informing me that my order placed on your website on December 11th is not expected to be delivered until December 31st. Since these are Christmas decorations, I find this unacceptable. You should inform your customers of the delivery times during the ordering process and actually respect them! This is the last time I will be ordering from your site.

I ordered for the 1st time on 3 September 2025 and this was a very good first experience with them as the Customer service was very responsive and understanding.
+ Fast delivery and carefully packaged products.
Also the items appear to be of very good quality.

The product was excellent and the delivery was very good. Everything was unpacked for me and the delivery men were so friendly, polite, and respected my property. A 5 * experience. We had a thunderstorm

A Company that cares about customers
This company really cares about it's customers. I had a very minor issue with my order, I had a response within an hour and it was all resolved within 24 hours. How a company responds to their customers speaks volumes about the importance they place on delivering excellent customer service!
I will, without doubt, be ordering again!
