Product took forever to get. Then shortly after installing they failed to operate or stay synced to the remote.
Attempting to contact them and simply asking why this was happening. I finally received a response on Jan 18th telling me I'd passed the 15 day return time. Yet should I need any further help try the mfg. Ita apparent they dont stand by their products..
Would never recommend or buy from ever again. Buyer beware!

Good price, all work fine. Sampled random 30 of the bulbs and they all worked. Had to replace about 30 bulbs on the strings, and one of the new ones immediately fizzled but all the rest continued working.

I tried to return a product, which involved emailing the company, and they never returned my email so I was forced to keep a product I can't use.

Fraudulent company, I ordered 2 sets of light bulbs and was charged and a received an order confirmation indicating "your order is on it's way". Afte a week of waiting around an no shipping update I checked my order and the quantity was reduced to 2 and the charge was reduced to $0 but there was no refund issued. I called and emailed the merchant but did not receive a response. I am currently disputing the charge. Not a legitimate business.

The product was exactly what the description said, super easy to use, works very well and helped my plants a lot!

Do not buy ANYTHING from Lights Daddy!! It's definitely a scam. I bought Christmas lights for $50. They were clearly bought by Lights Daddy from Amazon and sold at a higher price. The box even arrived with a fake Amazon logo on the side!!

Only 10% of the strand of lights I purchased worked at first use! The return process is odd and confusing, and I still haven't gotten my money back!

Simple order for some colored Christmas lights. Since order, have received nearly daily emails touting multiple products. Delivery was promised within 4-6 business days. After 10 days I attempted to get shipping info which would require download of "Shop" app: that process was way too convoluted and I did not finish because I was getting suspicious.

I received email today notifying me that my order was cancelled and that I would be getting a refund within 10 days. We'll see.

Too sketchy for me to ever deal with again.

The product was exactly what I wanted hooked it up and it worked fine. I’m pleased.

It's the best and brightest flashlight ever.

Found this company online to purchase LED lightbulbs for my bathroom. The online order process went smooth, and the merchandise arrived within a few days. The lights I wanted needed to be bright white, not the items I received which were warm white. I contacted the website via a voicemail and emailed their customer service. I received no response from either. I ended up filing a dispute with American Express. When American Express got involved, Lightsdaddy.com finally responded. Lightsdaddy.com reached out to me. This back and forth has continued, and I still don't have my corrected lightbulbs. I've requested multiple times via email to get their address so that I could mail the items back. I would avoid this company at all cost, visit the local hardware store.

Great lights. Using them for my outdoor shuffleboard court. The court is well lit and I was very pleased with the area of coverage provided by the lights. The electrician who installed them up in no time.

Lamp didn’t work. Salvaged the lampshade and fitted to another touch lamp sourced from a local supply store and works.

I am a petit woman & I love this light because it is lightweight! I can carry it for a while, and it doesn't become bothersome. It also has 5 different settings! No more blinding the chickens when I check on them after dark. Thank you Lightsdaddy for providing this light at a reasonable price & shipping it to me promptly. I will for sure be doing business with you again!

I ordered 5 packs of jullison lights and only received 3 of them. Was able to talk to a rep and he said the other 2 got lost by the carrier. He would email or call me within 24hrs once he found out if the warehouse had anymore. Never heard back from them and have not received the missing 16 lights nor have I received a refund for those lights. So to me they are a garbage dishonest company that scams people for money. Never order from them!

Site is a scam, do not use.

Placed an order, waited over a week and no shipment notification. Called a dozen times, left messages, sent emails, and sent in contact requests on theri website.

Zero responses. Googled the business address, it's a junk yard with multiple businesses claiming same address for online retail.
