Excellent customer service

I purchased a lamp shade from Lightshop recently. Upon initial inspection, the lamp had a number of scratches and other marks, and I requested an exchange. Upon further reflection, the light did not really suit the room, however, since there was a fault, the team reached out to the manufacturer for a solution. Whilst it took some time to be resolved, the Lightshop team kept me abreast of progress, and ultimately gave me a refund, as I no longer needed the product. Really happy with the customer service.

Excellent friendly customer service.

I only ordered the table lamp yesterday so can't comment yet on the lamp itself. However I would like to give feedback on the customer service. Shortly after ordering the lamp on behalf of my daughter she notified me that she wanted one of a different colour. I sent an email to Customer Care but it was then late in the evening. I received a reply from Cassandra in Sweden early this afternoon saying that the lamp had already been packed and that it was too late to change it. I learnt after subsequent exchanges that the parcel was somewhere in the middle of thousands so this was hardly surprising. Nevertheless Cassandra somehow managed to get it located and for the lamp to be changed before it was collected. She also waived the additional charge attaching to the changed colour. This was very friendly customer service above and beyond the usual one expects, and much appreciated.

Awful

Awful. Just awful. Its been months and I havent got my money back for goods I returned. Customer service are incompetent. They blame a change of owner but I dont believe it, I think its just general chaos with this company. Avoid!

Falsehoods and incompetence

My experience, and evidently that of other consumers using trustpilot.com, is that lampgallerian.se is in the habit of selling items that it does not have in stock. I infer from this habit that lampgallerian.se is seeking to limit the amount of liquidity which it has tied up in stock by ordering from its suppliers only AFTER customers order from it. The second issue, in my case, is that once the item arrived at lampgallerian.se it was sent to the correct street/city address in the wrong country - so at this point, goodness knows where the lamp is going. I caught within a few hours of the shipment leaving lampgallerian.se and warned lampgallerien.se of the matter. It responded straightaway with a claim that (i) I am responsible for the wrong choice of country - although when filling in the shipping address, there is no option to choose any country - and (ii) lampgallerian.se maintains that it cannot change the shipment destination with DHL until the item has been returned to lampgallerien.se. On the second of these two points, the claim is nonsense: I had my assistant ring DHL within three hours of receiving the nonsensical assertion from lampgallerian.se; DHL informed said assistant that the sender (and only the sender) can change the address after the package has shipped. In summary, lampgallerien.se is selling product which it does not have in stock and it would appear to be capable of checking for obvious errors in shipping addresses (e.g., determining that Lisboa/Lisbon is in Portugal, not Ireland). The way around all this idiocy is clear: consumers determine what they want and, lampgallerian.se being a reseller, acquire the item directly from the manufacturer or, alternatively, from another distributor.

No lamp or money back until you ask about it.

We ordered a lamp which was in stock at the website, paid for it and waited: from 3 to 5 work days it said. 8 days passed and nothing, so we wrote to the support (by the way, there is no phone number to call and the chat did not work, only email...) and they answered within a day (good job! ;) ), 'Unfortunately we have received information from the supplier that the lamp you've ordered is discontinued. We won't be able to deliver this to you. We're sorry! Your order is therefore canceled now.' Like this...they did return the money but all this - their checking and informing only happened after we had asked. So...decide for yourself if you want to risk ;)

I have not received my lights yet…

I have not received my lights yet ordered some weeks ago. I recommend to order well in advance of moving, a few weeks won't be sufficient. Order significantly in advance. The website also leaves up discontinued products and is not kept current so you might need to confirm the availability in advance. The one thing I received was a little damaged I have no estimated date of delivery I suspect some months.

Scam or the worst company you can buy from

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with LampGallerian.se. There are several issues that lead me to give this company a one-star rating.

Firstly, communication is non-existent. I have sent multiple emails to the company on different occasions, requesting support and follow-up on my order, but I have received no response. Additionally, I cannot find any alternative contact methods such as a phone number or live chat. This is incredibly frustrating and shows a serious lack of commitment to customer service.

Furthermore, I placed an order on LampGallerian.se, following the information provided on the website regarding delivery times. However, the deadline has long passed, and I have not received any communication or tracking information regarding the shipment. The lack of transparency and failure to provide updates are disappointing and create uncertainty.

In summary, I would not recommend LampGallerian.se based on my negative experience. The lack of response to emails, the absence of effective contact channels, and the failure to communicate about the status of my order are concerning and demonstrate a lack of professionalism that comes hard to believe for a company that's operating in 2023.

I hope the company takes steps to improve its customer service and communication with customers. Stay warned!

Placed an order on July 8, 2023. Sent 3 inquires on the status and complete silence. No updates no product almost a month later. After I wrote this review, I receive a fake tracking number. Scammers, Stay away!!!

Love our new lamp

Love our new lamp, I compared few online shops through NL DE DK SE, lampshop has the best deal on it and is in stock, shipped the next day, nicely packed.
They have huge collection of lamp, maybe the ones out of stock have long waiting time, but for item in stock this is definitely a nice shop.

BE CAREFUL

BE CAREFUL!
We ordered two lamps at lampgallerian, marked as „in stock“ and payed 154 Euros in advance. Date: 4-19-23. Until now, 7-24-23, we have received no goods or refund. We have tried for weeks via chat or mail. Worst online shopping experience ever!

Ida from customer service is a robot, lots of empty words and said they don't guarantee this and that. Not helpful...

Overall, very poor experience and I don't think I will use them again.

Too many emails

There is no link on their marketing emails to unregister, something you have to have available.

Ounce bought a lamp with a clamp on it, yet could not manage to open it and I have a very strong grip. They do seem to have a large range of items though.
