tragic e-shop, better to avoid

tragic eshop, you should avoid. I bought 3 lamps, one arrived after 4 weeks, 2 others didn't arrived not even after 6 weeks. Extremely poor communication. They say that they don't have information from supplier, when he's going to send the lamps, but but they still happily claim delivery time 4-5 working days of these lamps on the e-shop, even though they have no idea when they are going to get these items on stock.
I have canceled the order and returning the delivered lamp, so I'm curious how long will this process take....
Not recommended!

Never again

I read the bad reviews and decided to still order 2 lamps with them. I ordered them 21st of November. They never made it to my address. DHL didn't show up and returned the lamps (for whatever reason) to the sender in Sweden. However LampGallerian, despite several emails and the fact they received the lamps, they fail to return my money. Never again.

Disgusted

I bought 2 lamps 14 days ago. I received an order confirmation right away, but that's it. I have sent numerous emails, without response. They have no phone or chat options. Totally disgusted. I cancelled order today.

WARNING: I’ve been scammed for 376 euros by this company: lightshop.com (lampgallerian.se)

I’ve ordered my Ohm lamps on the 31th October 2022. It was mentioned that I would receive the lamps within 4-5 days.

23 days later I still don’t have the lamps, nor an updated time of delivery. Aside the lamps became cheaper, for which I have not been compensated.

This company is not transparent and when I read the other reviews I will likely never get my lamps or my money back… :(

Don’t buy here.

Update: finally I received my lamps but very much delayed, lousy stakeholder management. Most terrible online shop experience ever.

We don´t have delivery time 4-5 days, this is on products in stock. Updated delivery time is send out when it´s a back order, of course you can always contact us if you want to cancel the order and get a 100% refund. Please contact us if you want to get the Black week price on your products or if you want to cancel it and we will take care of it.

Selling products that are sold out!

Misleading customers when placing orders! You might end up buying a product that is already sold out in their storage, and eventually being asked to wait for 6 months for the new batch, or cancel your order.
Bad bad bad in this age!

Extremely bad customer service

Extremely bad customer service, causing massive delays to what initially looked like a simple and no fuzz order. Please ignore the expected delivery times on their website as these are clearly fraud... they source the items from a third party vendor and have NO clue on the delivery times, nor any possibilities to influence them. Avoid them at all cost, else you will be sitting here.. still waiting for a product that never arrives.

We have our own warehouse in Sweden, but there are many delays from suppliers at the moment but you are always free to cancel your order. They send my order to wrong address and…

Now they don't eaven answer e-mails anymore don't order anything

The send my order to wrong address and now i have to wait another 2 weeks when i can get my lamps i hope they are even right ones...
so fast delivery 1-4 days.....
i think they forget to but 0 after both numbers

Worst shopping experience

I have ordered two table lamps on 11 October 2021. The online store says that delivery is fast, 1-3 days. I prepared for a week because i ordered to Finland. However in few days i got a delivery message that item is leaving warehouse after 10 days. There was no rush for me to get the lamps so i decided to wait. After 10 days i got another delivery message that estimated delivery is after 1 month...

I contacted customer service and they said that when i made an order the item was "out of stock" and "how pandemic hit us and our suppliers have been delayed".
When i placed my order there was nothing about that the item is not in stock or any information that delivery time is delayed due to pandemic. Nothing!

Well i decided to wait again. Then i got more messages about updated delivery status that 2 weeks more, 4 weeks more .. and more and more and more. Delayed, delayed, delayed.

In total i got 9 updated delivery messages and after 2 months i decided to cancel the order. I've been never that frustrated when shopping online.
How this is possible? If you do not have the lamps or don't know the exact delivery time - why you let your customer wait for nothing for many weeks? I've read a lot of negative reviews about your delivery times. I have to say if there is THAT BAD situation with the delivery and suppliers, why don't you just put "out of stock" or "we will notify you when back in stock" tag? Or something like "since the pandemic hit us - everything is delayed etc.."? Please inform your customers about that.

I would NOT recommend to order anything from that site. For me it took 2,5 months to wait for my order and i had to cancel it.

Good quality except for small defect

Good quality except for one small manufacturing defect. One of the tiny screws cannot be screwed into one of the holes. We tried switching it with other screws but i still wouldn't work.
