Wrong package received. So far correct package is still not sent out.
Unfortunately I received wrong package.
It's almost one month ago I received the wrong package and the correct package is still not sent out!
After my complaint the wrong package was collected three weeks ago...
I asked 4 days ago when correct package will be sent out and why it isn't sent out yet but did not get any response so far...
Update: Correct package will be sent out as soon as possible... At least the customer service is friendly.
