All Products from Lightoys are extremly Reliable for professional use.
We performing 3 Shows / each 15 Min a nights with -11° temperature and all 56 Props of the performance made it!
Its 60 Shows in 20 Days.
This is just insane for lithium ion batterys!

But also the Software is better then most of the Lightprogramming software i know. Very reliable, easy to use and optimised for professional use!
The support is always fast to fix any trouble and help with useful hints.

For me (Christian Hampe, CEO from Freaks on Fire) is Pyroterra the best LED-Prop Producer on the market!
And i think, if they keep on doing there work like they did the last 15 Years they will be still the best in the future!

I was sent a product with a faulty battery from this company (Pyroterra Lighttoys), close to $800. It took me months of back and forth to even get them to agree to a repair and then had issues getting in contact with the technician. The pandemic hit right after that. Since contacting them again to get the issue resolved they have not been helpful. Just to be clear I was sent a product with a battery the company knew was faulty and their technicians admitted as much to me. I would avoid, better options out there. If they want to reach out and get my situation resolved I will amend my review.

Response to reply- I have been in direct contact and your company knows all the details. This was going to be resolved and your NYC based technician years ago and did not respond, this was after months of communication, contact Matej Basti (one of your reps) to find the details. And yes, the prop is old at this point but the issue was under warranty, should have been sent a replacement instead of having me jump through hoops and then ghosted. Let me be clear to everyone who reads this, the battery in the prop was a KNOWN ISSUE and I have it in writing from their technical team. You can search on youtube and will be able to find reviews breaking the issue down in more detail. All they offered was a 30% off coupon of a new prop, I'll ley you decide if you think that was fair. At one point I moved on but I intend to let as many English speakers as possible aware of these business practices so no one else is taken advantage off. Don't believe me, look on you tube and you will see this is not an isolated occurrence. I have given this company many chances to make things right and they have made there decision.

I'm a professional LED performer based out of the United States and I use Pyroterra LED props (e.g. hoops, Visual Poi and buugeng) at many of my gigs. They have been one of the best investments I've ever made. The props impress with their bright colors and striking images and the accompanying software is elegant and easy to use.

Quality products, quality service, and constant innovation! It's hard to find fault with this company. I'm glad I hitched my wagon with this company when I got into light props.

Lighttoys Visual Hoops / flow tools are next level when it come to brightness, programming and are my go to hoops for every custom LED show. A must have when you want to work on next level artistic LED projects. Perfect for solo and group shows! The syncing between the remote and other LED tools go smoothly and they have various ways to test if the connection is still there. For big shows / clients Lighttoys is reliable and are the best performance tools.

Their programming app is also very easy to use and they have regular updates with improvements.

Their service is super! For performers in Europe very convenient as well.

Lighttoys equipment is just incredible. From the old gear I have for over 10 years to the newest equipment, very happy with every purchase.

The main reason I go with lighttoys is because of the power and reliability of their products. As a professional full time performer the most important thing for me is to have a strong show that does not fail. And lighttoys never fails!

They are world leading is making a led product that is easy to program. If you want to make a quick and simple programmation for your prop or a complicated light show with over 30 devices. Both are possible and feel like a smooth work flow in their intuitive lt composer software.

Lastly the community engagement from lighttoys is very big. They collaborate with a lot of artists for the development of their tools. They are present at many large festivals and engage online in forums and discussions about led equipment.

Lighttoys doesn't stop evolving their products and coming up with new equipment and firmware updates for old equipment. I can't wait to see what they release next or what updates inspire me to make my shows better.
