Terrible customer service

I purchased a Stellar White plate for my Bambu Lab X1C on May 20th 2024, but the built plate marker is undetectable by my printer. I also got a black plate at the same time, which is fine, so I know it's not my machine. Other plates I have work just fine also.

I emailed customer service on June 13th, 2024, and I'm still awaiting a reply. For reference, my order was #5198.

As of 18th July I'm still waiting for a reply.

Great product, Horrible shipping times.

I have ordered from this company twice, both times I had to contact them regarding shipping my order.

Website claims:
"Ships Next Business Day

We ship orders the next business day, so you can start using our products ASAP"

I contacted them after my first order had still not shipped 10 days after receiving tracking info notification.

They told me they "lost my label", and would give me a $5 credit. The next day my package was shipped.

Fast forwarded many months. The G10 bed is really good, I like it. I have some scratches on it due to a mishap on my part, so I decided to order a spare. (I figured I'd give Lightyear another chance, as the bed is great.)

Ordered another sheet and totally forgot about it. Two weeks later, I remembered and checked my email to see the status.
My package still had not shipped.

I contacted the company again to determine the status. The next day I received tracking information saying my product was shipped.

I never received a response to my email.

Sadly, this is probably the last time I will order from them. It's too bad because the bed is really nice.

TL;DR

Good products, horrible shipping times and lack of communication.

It is very easy to send an email stating that your order will be delayed if you are not actually going to ship it within 24 hours like you say.

Please work on that
