I wanted to share an updated review on Ligna based on more time using the platform.

First off, Ligna is an absolutely fantastic system, full stop. The features, automation, CRM, communications, and all-in-one structure are powerful and well-designed. After spending more time with it and reviewing the training materials, I can clearly see the extreme potential the system has and how it could become a central hub for your business operations.

That said, my main issue isn’t the system itself, it’s the lack of response and support when problems arise.

For example, I can’t create a new phone line without getting a 500 error every time I try. I’ve submitted support tickets and sent emails over several days and have not received a response yet, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. This makes it very hard to confidently rely on Ligna as the main system for my business and my clients’ businesses.

When you’re running a deadline or in the middle of a workflow and reach out for assistance, you shouldn’t have to wait weeks or months for a reply. Reading other user feedback, this lack of responsiveness and support communication has been echoed by others as well.

I want to be clear: I love the system, the product itself is excellent and has so much promise. But I can’t confidently give it a 5-star rating until the support experience matches the promise that comes with purchasing the platform, especially at a higher-tier package where support responsiveness should be part of the value provided.

Support is part of what you pay for when you purchase a SaaS platform, and timely help should be expected, especially when you’re investing in premium access and relying on it for core business functions.

My advice to Ligna:
The product deserves a 5-star rating, now match it with 5-star customer support so users can truly depend on it without hesitation.

Double charges, Double Talk, GHOSTED and NEVER REIMBURSED

I was using their whitelabel service through a different provider. I enjoyed the service and was being billed through my Ligna platform. Then the white label asked to bill through their payment provider. Ligna kept charging me, and then began DOUBLE CHARGING ME. The owner said he would look into it. Then after months (accruing interest on my card) he said would find a way to reimburse me. Then more months went by (still accruing interest), he says he will have to expedite this on his own, asking for my ACH information. I haven't heard anything ever since. It's now been OVER A YEAR since my last communication with Ligna (after monthly emails). I'll be taking this to court to recover the erroneous charges

I’m extremely disappointed with…

I’m extremely disappointed with Ligna.io. I purchased their subscription for calling across North America, but the telephony service hasn’t worked for more than a week. During this time, I’ve repeatedly tried to contact them, neither support nor email responds at all. It feels as if the service has simply been abandoned.

At this point, it’s the worst experience I’ve had in many years. I paid for the service, but it’s not being provided, and the company shows no reaction. Based on my own experience, I strongly do not recommend using Ligna.io.

Would not recommend Ligna

Would not recommend. I was sold into some marketing deal which was a big hoax and asked the owner to call me which he said he would to explain and never called me after my money was processed. I asked for a refund and had to open a dispute on Venmo because he just ignored all of my emails. It took months to get my money back.

What A Program It Does It ALL!!!

This program Lily does everything you needed to from emails to client acquisition. It has its own portal. Ghosted by "Customer Support" which is just the owner

It really seemed like these guys "got it", I paid for an agency site and was looking forward to moving my clients over to their services.

Unfortunately I never got the site delivered. There was just issue over issue. At first they didn't have the right email, and then there was an issue with the chat box, and then I never received the invite to the Discord. I gave him plenty of time and nothing was ever done. They even sent me a preview of the site, but never actually built it in the back end.

Right now, its all vaporware. No response, I was ghosted by the customer support, which seems to be just the owner. I do not recommend giving them any money until they can get their stuff together.

STAY AWAY

Bad business - No customer support

Was promised action from the owner Jon and they accepted my money for additional services but never provided anything promised to refund but never received it and any efforts to reach out gone ignore (Over a month of reaching out). Stay away from this business they will waste your time and take your money without providing anything in return.

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with Ligna! The platform is amazing! It is not just one tool; it's a complete sales and marketing platform with everything you need to close clients, manage content, projects, and track every detail of the process!

Features:

- A complete branding system
- Marketing Dashboard
- Sales Dashboard
- Analytics
- Phone numbers provided (VoIP)
- Chat widget
- Email marketing (funnel, cadence, etc.)
- SMS marketing
- Integrations: Email, pixel, app, API, domain names
- A website builder with great themes provided
- Ability to create a knowledge base, courses
- Powerful data form and custom fields creation

And lately, they added "Workers," the ability to scrape GMB by cities and industry to automatically build a prospect list. A dream!

I bought Ligna on January 21, 2022. And to this day, it is my best purchase on AppSumo!

But what truly sets Ligna apart is the dedication of its founder, Jon Aguilar. Jon's commitment to the platform and its community is evident in every interaction. He genuinely cares about user feedback and is always looking for ways to enhance the platform while managing customer inquiries through various channels.

While there’s always room for improvement, such as expanding customer support options, the ongoing updates and enhancements show that the team is committed to making Ligna even better.

It’s important to remember that the software is developed and maintained by a small team.

The platform is powerful and requires a learning curve, and you need to be willing to dedicate time and get your hands dirty as it is in constant development.

Patience and understanding from users can go a long way as they work non-stop to improve their service.

Overall, I highly recommend Ligna to anyone looking for a powerful CRM solution. I am excited to see how this platform will continue to evolve!

a Hidden Gem

My experience with this service has had its ups and downs, but I'm pleased to say I'm genuinely impressed now. Initially, Jon, the representative, was incredibly kind and attentive, promptly addressing my numerous questions during the first few days after signing up. However, communication became sparse, and the initial positivity faded once the payment was processed.

After some frustration and a lack of updates, the team managed to get things back on track. Now that I've seen the full potential of the system, I believe it can be truly transformative. However, there are a few areas where improvement is needed:

Documentation: There is a serious lack of clear and comprehensive documentation. Many users, including myself, do not understand what "near me technology" entails or how the scraper system functions. Improving this would greatly enhance user experience.

Feature Visibility: The platform needs to better showcase its features. As a user, I need to immediately see how each feature can benefit my business upon logging in.

Communication and Support: While the product is impressive, the communication and support process needs improvement. Regular updates and faster response times would significantly boost customer satisfaction.

Despite these issues, the product itself shows immense potential. The "people, process, product" trio is critical here. While the product is impressive for a developer like myself, the processes are currently lacking, and there appear to be too few people available to support their commitments. With better documentation, feature visibility, and support, this platform could truly excel.

Ray-Ray Customer Support

Ah, Ligna, where customer service is like a unicorn - everyone talks about it, but no one's ever actually seen it! 🦄✨ If you're not Ray-Ray, the software wizard, well, strap on your detective hat because you're about to embark on a quest more elusive than finding Bigfoot.

I tried everything short of sending a singing telegram just to get some assistance, but alas, my cries for help were met with the same response as shouting into the void.

So, if you're not fluent in binary or don't have a hotline to Ray-Ray's Bat Cave, then brace yourself for a journey into the Bermuda Triangle of customer service. May the odds be ever in your favor, brave soul!

Abysmal support

The support system they have doesn't really work. For any support related issues, they have a chat widget where the support can reply, but it is very likely that they will not reply, or reply once and never follow up after that. There is no ticketing system, so good luck getting the attention of anyone from the support. Best hope they are online and see your message when you write it. I have been trying to cancel my lifetime deal for weeks now.

Incredible potential with room for improvement
