With two decades of experience we can say liGo are an excellent supplier!

We have been buying Siemens cordless phones from liGo for two decades or more. Siemens phones were good, and liGo are excellent suppliers. What makes them special is that if there are any product issues, they sort it out without fuss (in my view the 'secret' to retaining customer loyalty).

Sadly, there have been some quality issues with Siemens cordless phones. We were using Gigaset C575, and one of the two handsets failed well within the warranty period. liGo sent a replacement; that too failed after 18 months or so.

So we bought the E560 dual set. That turned out to have an older version of address book (with one number per name). So we exchanged it for E390 dual set (which is similar to C575) and liGo also refunded the price difference. The handsets are working fine so far.

liGo are not responsible for Siemens's deterioration in product quality, but as said before, liGo put matters right - fairly and honestly. What more can a customer ask? A special thanks to Lewis.

Exception customer service
Very pleasant person took my call, had a record of a previous purchase to hand, cold immedialy confirm the additional handset I required was available and was able to process my order within mi uses
The handset arrived, as promised the next day.
A clear demonstration as to how it should be done and which sets this Company ahead of others.

I accidentally ordered the wrong…

I accidentally ordered the wrong product. Telephone support was quick and extremely helpful. A free returns label and the product I should have ordered arrived a couple of days later. 1st class service. Oh! ...and the cargo pants I bought are ones to replace the ones I have owned for years and have given great service whilst being hugely mistreated.

Great service from liGo for purchase of binoculars

I bought some compact binoculars from liGo earlier this month and the service was brilliant. The price was the cheapest from any of the online retailers and the liGo website was very good. There was plenty of product information available and placing the order was very easy. Delivery was by Royal Mail tracked service and was very quick with good updates on delivery times.
The binoculars were well packaged and arrived safely.
I am very pleased with the binoculars which were exactly as described and I have used them for bird watching nearly every day since I got them.

Concerns over preventions for fraudulant ordering >

Easy to find the right set of binoculars for me and easy to oder,BUT concerned that "atuo-fill"* of card details & addressm *as may leave the door open for fraudulant use, as no r text & code confuirmation not offered. Other wide buting and promt delivery process good and am happy with the product . However ,duu to the concerns raised , I would be reluctant to order more goods from LiGo ; Graeme Huggan

Shop Pay stores your details in an encrypted format and may offer additional verification steps depending on the transaction, device, or risk signals. We don’t have access to your full card details at any point.

Not good

Not good , bought from these just under a year ago , contacted them yesterday , told me to go direct to SMEG , I paid these for the item not SMEG , in my head 🤷🏼‍♂️ the company who took my money should sort it out, Not a third party, I’d never buy from these again !!

I recently ordered a handset and…

I recently ordered a handset and answering base, but unfortunately one handset was missing when the package arrived. I contacted customer service straight away, and they handled the issue quickly and professionally. They arranged a collection and offered a replacement with a different brand since the original was out of stock, along with a refund for the price difference.

Communication was excellent throughout—responses to emails were prompt, and Lewis, who I spoke to on the phone, was especially helpful and pleasant to deal with. Everything they promised was delivered within a very short time. Overall, great customer service despite the initial issue.
