Company not acknowledging my return of damaged item even though they have signed for the return
Ordered a scarf that arrived damaged. I have sent it back recorded delivery and they have signed for it but are not refunding me or acknowledging my emails. They received my return 2 weeks ago. I will have to contact PayPal and the ombudsman. I would avoid this company!
