This company is a complete scam!

This company is a complete scam. They advertise their products as high-quality and “refundable,” but what I received was cheap plastic-like material. When I tried to return it, they refused to accept it, even though their website clearly promises free returns and refunds if you’re not satisfied.

I also paid $18 for expedited shipping (3–5 days), but my order arrived almost 15 days later! The dress was awful quality, nothing like the pictures, and customer service was useless.

Do not waste your money or time — this company is misleading customers and refusing refunds. It’s a fraudulent operation!
**My purchase was in amoonlark but since all answers are coming from likemychoice customer service, then the review corresponds to them... they are several companies all of them fraud!

I would strongly suggest any potential customer thinking of buying from this website to read the reviews first! Something I did not do and sadly .. just like many other innocent customers I too have been scammed by this awful company!
I ordered and eagerly waited for a beautiful dress to arrive, only to receive a dress that resembled NOTHING to the one I ordered. Multiple emails back and forth with them got me absolutely nowhere! I too was offered ‘a gesture of goodwill’ which is a crock of BS.

Do Not Buy From This Awful Company!!

Appalling, DO NOT BUY FROM
THIS COMPANY!!! Despite sending emails I haven’t been able to return an order of clothing which was of extremely poor quality and fit. Absolute waste of money and time.

In addition to my review, the company contacted me to offer me a ‘goodwill refund of 20%’. When I made further enquiries I was informed that the refund would only be actioned if I amended this review or wrote a positive review!
Obviously I refused as the company have done nothing to resolve my complaint. I am taking my complaint to Trading Standards. I would like to reiterate, do not buy from this company, appalling service, poor quality clothing and ridiculous refund policy in place.

Just received an email from like my choice, attempting to bribe me with a discount to remove this, unbelievable!!! As a gesture, we would like to offer you 20% off your next order with the discount code: LMCVIP20 - 20% OFF.

Also, would you consider removing your feedback? Here is the link to your review: I placed an order in Sept for 2 no. dresses. My order was confirmed, Delayed delivery, eventually the parcel arrived, One correct dress one incorrect, i emailed them, they admitted wrong item was posted, blamed their warehouse, for being very busy, the item i wanted wasn't in stock, 21 emails and excuses later!!!! they are arguing that they will not refund me for the dress i paid for that is now out of stock and insist that i pay £30 to return the item i didn't order and they supplied incorrectly, they have sent me their Ts and Cs, that state even if you receive the wrong item, you are still responsible for the cost to return it. This is obviously a scam, they take the order, knowing they cant supply, then try to send an alternative of very poor quality and then expect you to pay to send it back when you don't want it. I have no faith that even if i paid, to return it that they would honour this and then refund, which of course i am not going to do, i paid via PayPal and have escalated it to them, so hopefully they will resolve this for me, Be warned you will not get what you order, you get charged to return what they send you, lie to you, avoid the issue, their customer service is horrendous, NEVER BUY FRO THEM, they are scammers!!!

Avoid This Company – Breaching UK Consumer Law

I ordered a dress from LikeMyChoice.com on 13 October 2025 and paid £15 extra for express delivery (3–5 working days). The parcel did not arrive until 21 October, two working days late and after the event I needed it for.
When I saw the order still hadn’t shipped, I contacted the company on 16 October to cancel — which is my legal right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. They ignored my cancellation request, sent the order anyway, and have since refused a full refund, even though this clearly breaches UK consumer law.
Their customer service repeatedly hides behind their own “no refunds” policy, which is not valid in the UK. They’ve refused to acknowledge my legal rights or take responsibility, offering only a token “compensation” instead.
I have reported LikeMyChoice.com to Trading Standards and opened a PayPal Buyer Protection case. UK shoppers should be warned — this company does not comply with UK consumer law and provides poor customer care.

After a month I finally received my…

After a month I finally received my order instead of the 5-10 working days stated. I ordered 3 dresses. 1 is really nice and well fitting, another was a really tacky flimsy bit of cheap fabric which has no structure, the other item was completely incorrect. I emailed the company straight away and they requested pictures. They replied saying that the tacky dress didn’t meet the standards for return. They are however sending a replacement for the incorrect dress. Although I wouldn’t use this company again I was happy with the customer service that I received from Jessie. She was helpful and prompted in her replies.

Inaccurate Response from Company

Updated: The company has responded with an inaccurate statement. They have NOT tried to resolve. They play games with going back and forth in emails while doing NOTHING! I’d asked for a refund for advertising false products and sending wrong items. Eight emails later, I am still requesting a refund for inaccurate items.

I would give zero stars if I could! The company is definitely a SCAM! How do they even stay in business? Ordered a summer skirt set for $78 and it finally arrived, after some time. However, it was NOT the set that they’d advertised which was, of course, very qualitative in photo. What I’d received was a completely different CHEAP top that was a different color and a CHEAP skirt that they’d thrown in a plastic zip bag. We exchanged at least 8 emails going back and forth of me asking for a refund and them trying to scam and back tracking their own refund policies. They REFUSE to refund on their errors. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is worth the suit to stop them from scamming people!

This company is going to compensate me…

This company is going to compensate me apparantly “as a good will gesture” of 10% that doesn’t even cover delivery costs. If your outfit doesn’t fit or it’s arrived late they will not refund you according to there terms & conditions which is why there quality is so poor

If I could rate less than one star I would.
Colour is nothing like pictures online. I paid express shipping and it said 3-5 business days - took over 3 weeks.
One of the outfits (top and pants) was completely incorrect. They were contacted immediately about colour and wrong order. They requested photos which occurred immediately. Will not refund / exchange the items that are blatantly different to online (would post pics if I could) and arguing their warehouse is under renovations which is why I received wrong order and sold out of my actual pieces paid for. Offered a discount off an outfit I did not order.
