I worst company ever don’t get duped.

I place two orders from this company
1 year apart the first order they couldn’t fulfill 1/2 of it . But I thought I give them a try again
HUGE mistake first they said 2 weeks on orderers placed only to find out later delay after delay after my patience wore thin I told them nvm cancel it . Only to find out that miraculously it was now in warehouse ready to ship . I told great expedite it overnite then ..
or cancel I was told they could not .
Because it was ready to ship yet here we are 1 month and two weeks later and still no item or refund .
But they keep telling it’s in the warehouse ready to ship . This some B.S Don’t buy anything from them . Not to mention the one item I did year b-4 was so cheap material was cheap style was nice but you could tell it was cheaply made .
So yeah you get what you pay for !
Or in this case nothing at all .

Frustration

I placed an order for a dress and initially received quick responses from customer service, which gave me confidence in the purchase. However, after that, communication became very slow and eventually stopped altogether.

I have not received any clear update about my order, no confirmation of shipment, and no tracking information. The only response I received was a very generic message saying the order would be dispatched “as soon as possible,” without any concrete timeframe.

This is very frustrating, especially because I purchased this dress for an important event (a wedding), and timing is crucial. Customers do not order items like this without having a specific date in mind.

At this point, I am still waiting for a proper update and hoping for a resolution. I truly do not want to lose hope and would really like to receive my dress in time for the wedding, as planned when I made the purchase.

I kindly ask the company to provide a clear update, including shipping status and tracking information, as soon as possible.

Due to delays and the lack of clear information about shipping and delivery, it became obvious that the dress would not arrive in time. For that reason, I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund.

However, even though the order had not yet been shipped, my request for cancellation and refund was refused. Instead, I was offered to change the product, which is not a solution to the problem.

At no point was I given a clear shipping date or estimated delivery timeframe, despite asking multiple times.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful, especially when ordering for an important event.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this website.

I would give this company a 0 stars review if I could!

I have been waiting over 3 months for my order, and it is still incomplete. One dress finally arrived after more than 6 weeks, but it was damaged and of very poor quality. The remaining two dresses have not arrived at all.

I requested a refund as the items arrived well after my event date and are no longer needed. Despite this, the company has refused to issue any refund—even though they have admitted that some of the items have not yet been shipped yet nearly 2 months after ordering!

Instead, they continue to ask me to wait, which is completely unacceptable given the delays and the condition of the item I did receive.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY STAY CLEAR TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Follow up so you admit the 2nd package has still not been shipped 3 months after order! And you refuse to give me a refund! Or refund according to your own policy for the damaged dress that came???

DO NOT buy from Like My Choice. They are a scam. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I purchased a dress on March 25, 2026 and it's now 4 weeks later and I still haven't received my dress or any shipping info. My receipt quoted 5-10 days for shipping. When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund after 15 days without my purchase or shipping info. This was their response: "Your order is already in stock and we are currently unable to apply for cancellation of your order". When I asked why it hadn't shipped if it was "in stock", this was their response: "Due to a surge in orders, there has been a slight delay in processing. I have already contacted our warehouse, and your order will be shipped as soon as possible." 2 weeks later, still no shipping information.

There response is vague as usual, "your order is in the final stages of processing". That's not good enough. It's been over a month since I placed my order and I have asked to cancel my order multiple times. I DO NOT WANT THE DRESS ANY LONGER. Refund my money.

No wedding dress for my big day

My wedding dress hasn’t even been dispatched two weeks after I placed the order on April 8th. I am heartbroken and annoyed that I have fallen for a scam. I was getting anxious so emailed and got a reply today (21st April) telling me they would dispatch my dress as soon as they could which is now too late! I too wish I had read the disastrous reviews before I spent my hard-earned money with these gangsters. How can they be a legitimate business when they apparently never keep their side of the normal purchase contract? I went to their Instagram account and it told me all I needed to know; the comments are switched off because they know what all us victims want to write! All these cowboy scammers should not be allowed to advertise on Instagram. May they rot in hell!

ITS A SCAM!!!! I ordered a dress in the beginning of January, there were a lot of back and forth emails, them saying that they will send me a tracking # as soon as possible. I asked for refund and they have refused, saying my order is still in process. Poor customer service—do not order. They’re now accusing me of making threats just because they refuse to honor their own return policy and I stated I would make a daily review until they follow their policy. They sent my order weeks over their estimates delivery with both items missing and the wrong items.

They then proceeded to ask me if I can just keep the wrong item if it’s the right size.

They also will not follow the refund policy they will not refund your money for wrong items or missing items.

Furthermore the quality of the product is absolutely awful looks nothing like what is advertised.

Very happy with my purchase!

I was concerned when I read some of the negative reviews! My order was tracked and took about 3 weeks to arrive and was well packaged!
The dress is lighter than appeared in the picture, but well made and I’m delighted with it. I have ordered the same again in a darker colour as it’s for a wedding! Really looking forward to receiving it in the next couple of weeks!

Company is a FRAUD

Company is a FRAUD. They said expedited shipping within 7 days and I got it in 25 days. When asked, they saif they needed 2 weeks for preparation. In addition, dress was poor quality and poorly made. Not agoodplace to buy clothes for quality and for shipping reasons. Total waste of money

This company is awful

This company is awful! I ordered a dress and it does not fit. It is a large skirt and a small top sewn together! No way it will fit! Followed refund process and received an email back saying “ refund refused “ that SIZING IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE REASON FOR A REFUND! Seriously!? You are an online site, you can’t try things on! I originally found this dress at TJMaxx and loved it. Didn’t have my size so I found it online! Now I know why they had so many! Never order from this company!
