Great customer experience: For some reason, the SIM card did not work anymore and likeanewphone took the phone back. Upon realizing it seemed to be my mistake, they sent it back and it is working. All this with prompt reaction by customer service and without any cost. HIGHLY recommended!

Placed the order out of Belgium, 3 days later the phone arrived under the condition it was "good". Its more then good, very pleased with the quality of the phone and how fast the delivery was!! Thank you!!

The 5 stars go out to Gemma, who supported me very friendly and professional through a rather annoying order process (which was due to several external factors and not them as the supplier)! I bought my refurbished iPhone here last year. As they advertise very actively that each purchase comes with a warranty of 12 months, I assumed the best when my phone stopped working out of nowhere.

Contacting them by email takes a lot of effort in my opinion. Many reminder are needed to eventually (after having send photo proof that the phone is not damaged or broken) get a shipping label back to their warehouse in Italy. I was being sceptical and for the right reasons.
Once the phone arrived at their location, I received an email that the warranty is not relevant anymore as it has been opened by an unauthorised party, which is not the case as they received my phone within a week after problems arouse. Its unfortunate that no middle ground is sought by the company to solve this issue or offer to send back my phone themselves in order for me to decide what to do with it.

UPDATE: I finally got a reply back in which they stated that they will at least ship my phone back to me.
