I am leaving this review after a very poor delivery experience.

My order was eventually delivered, however the entire process was extremely disorganised and caused significant inconvenience.

I was repeatedly provided with unclear and incorrect information regarding the parcel location, which resulted in multiple unnecessary visits to different Correos offices in Málaga.

Communication from support was inconsistent and delayed, with no clear guidance provided at critical moments.

Ultimately, I had to locate and collect the parcel myself after considerable time and effort, without proper assistance or accurate tracking information.

While the product was received, the delivery process lacked transparency, coordination, and reliable communication.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously for future improvements.

A bit overpriced, but you have to pay for convenience.
It would be great if they would deliver drugs that require special storage conditions, like temperature restricted (2-5°)

I have shopped here twice already. There is an extremely wide variety and great prices. Whenever I have a question, they always provide assistance very quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied and will definitely be back!
