TERRIBLE ON DELIVERY
I ordered items for Christmas on December 1, 2023! Did NOT receive them until AFTER Christmas! What was the point? When I was notified they were going to be delayed, I asked for the order to be canceled! The response I got was “Oh sorry! They’ve already been shipped, can you please wait for them?” I was supposed to have been sent the tracking information when it shipped in the first place, not after I asked for a refund! I finally got the last item today, January 3, 2024! Either get with the program on being more efficient and accurate with shipping/tracking information or be prepared to cancel orders when they’re requested! Better yet, DO NOT BUY FROM LILLICLOTH!

Regarding the delay in shipping, sometimes hot sale items require more time to prepare before shipment. We shipped the items separately so that you can receive them as soon as possible. However, we apologize that this did not meet your expectations.
We are sorry that you did not receive tracking information when the items were shipped initially. Please note that this should have been sent to you automatically, if you don't find it, you could try to check your spam folder.
Regarding your request for canceling the order, we did not receive any such request from you. Instead, we received a return request for six items on December 17, 2023. Unfortunately, the items had already been shipped on December 13, 2023, and we were unable to cancel them at that time.
We are glad to hear that you have received the last item. If you need to return any items, please reply to our email to obtain a return label.
We take responsibility for our mistakes and are committed to improving our shipping and tracking processes to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and with accurate information.
