trying to get refund from this company…

trying to get refund from this company is impossible. if you do manage to speak to someone on the phone nothing happens as a result. I now have an email saying to check with my bank as payment made. My bank confirms that no payment made yet. This has been going on for months. customer service is non existent.

I have tried contacting this company…

I have tried contacting this company several times through email which is the only option that I have….they give a phone number to call but it only directs you straight back to the email.
I ordered a watch back in April for my husband ….it was back ordered and had a promised date of June 18. The one and only response to an inquiry was that the watch would ship in July. We are now into the end of July.
Customer service can definitely use an upgrade. Now that you have enjoyed my money since April I think I deserve the common decency of being responded to.

I have tried contacting this company…

I have tried contacting this company several times through email which is the only option that I have….they give a phone number to call but it only directs you straight back to the email.
I ordered a chronograph watch back in June for a Father’s Day gift for my husband ….it was back ordered , but they promised to ship by 7-5-24….and also that it would arrive just days after that.
We are now into the end of July …I have received no confirmation other than my first email sending the receipt and details of when I would be receiving the watch.
Horrible customer service and at this point I’m very nervous about the money that I will just be out since no one has contacted me to tell me anything what so ever!
I want the watch that I ordered and I want someone to contact me to help ease my nerves about this horrible experience!
I would not purchase anything from this company!

I preordered an Octachrono Dark Silver Purple on June 15th. Shipping date was listed as July 17th, now listed as 6-12 weeks. I've emailed service several times inquiring about the shipping status of my order with NO response. I'd like a shipping date or a refund.

UPDATED MORE POSITIVE REVIEW

Following my previous review, I’d like to update the situation.
Having obtained the ´feedback email address’ from trust pilot I wrote to them, amazing I received a very quick response with an apology. Previously using the customer service email address I received NO replies.
Even more amazing, I have now received a replacement watch for which I’m grateful its a great looking watch and hopefully this one will continue to work.
I have never had to post such a negative review before and I’m pleased I can now be more positive about this company.

The watch was fine but when I sent it…

The watch was fine but when I sent it for a minor repair custom service failed repeatedly to get back to me. They talk about their service champions but I have a different take on it. Now my watch is stuck with them and I have no way to get it back.
They had a satisfied customer and now they have an angry one

Terrible Customer Service

Ordered a watch more than a month ago and it has not arrived. Now a couple weeks after the initial delivery date, and nobody has answered my emails and their phone number gives a constant busy signal. Starting to feel like a scam. Very disappointed.

EDIT: The watch delivered today, and I am pretty happy with the look and quality so far. I received an email letting me know when it shipped, but still can't believe how poor the customer service was throughout the process. This wasn't a scam, but the inaccessibility of customer service is not acceptable.

Appalling customer service

Lovely watches, terrible customer service. I ordered a watch in February, and it never came. Finally I was told it wouldn't be ready till the end of July - and yet on the website it was still saying it would be delivered in 3-8 business days. I queried this and have heard nothing back. It's such a shame as I really like the watches. (I did at least get my money back - though not the voucher that I used towards the purchase of the watch.)

Order Never Arrived

Ordered from their website for the first time and the estimated shipping time was 2-5 business days and it has been significantly longer than that, they provide absolutely no way of tracking your shipment. Have sent 3 different emails to customer service with no response and have tried calling too. Would recommend never buying from here, atrocious customer experience.

Update: Eventually got a response from customer service and was refunded

0% communication!!! Where is my order!

Just like everyone else it seems, I am having an issue with communication. I ordered a watch several weeks ago. I was never given any tracking information or a shipping date? I ended up figuring out who did their tracking information and looked into it. (FYI it’s a company called aftership) it stated that the watch was due to arrive on the 5th. I was up on the morning of the fifth at 4 AM, I decided to check and see if my order was still on schedule to arrive that day. When I looked it up, it said it had already been delivered at 10:02 AM four hours in the future.! I promptly wrote an email with pictures and never received a follow up. Since then I have written two more emails and have yet to hear anything back. It has now been a month.
