I should have looked here before I ordered. If I had i wouldnt have been sucked in. I bought a mystery bundle of sets for £35, ordered the wrong size (my own fault) so asked to exchange to the next size up. Had a message once they had my parcel and they said the 2 sets i had did nor go up to an XL so would get 2 random sets (fine by me). New sets arrived yesterday and they are definitely not the sizes that they are advertising. I bought them as I thought they looked so beautiful and would make me feel confident and sexy following weight loss journey, I exchanged for an extra large based on the sizing the hosts told me on the live and also their sizing guidelines. The sizing is AWFUL!! What is supposed to fit a DD/E cup would fit a C cup! I’ve asked for a refund and they are refusing because they don’t resell products however they’ll happily exchange? How does that make sense, as surely they’d be reselling the product I returned. I have spent good money to not be able to wear the sets and it has left my self esteem and body confidence have plummeted. and the customer service team don’t care all they want is your money!!! As per the consumer rights act 2015 I am eligible for a refund based on the fact the items are NOT AS DESCRIBED. If I don’t receive a full refund then I’ll be taking this further and claiming through my bank.

During the lives they act like they’re your best mates and all about empowering women and constantly trying to encourage you to spend more money and buy more sets, when all they are is basically a bunch of scammers selling cheap tat that would fit a child!!

Everyone AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! IF your small breasted then yes they’ll fit you but anything more then a D I can assure you they will not fit, even though they advertise up to a G cup.

I have never actually received my Set! I got a Substitute Set which was way too small and of course I had to pay a lot for it to get shipped bc I am from Germany so in conclusion I payed a lot of Money for nothing!

Great quality lingerie at affordable prices. Elle helped me so much when choosing the right style and colour to suit. Sizing is great although a little bit on the small side for the cup size, however this is not a major issue and is still fully wearable! I also received free next day delivery with my order, and have placed multiple orders since. Would highly recommend to everyone.
The lives on TikTok are also so much fun to watch, Elle is full of energy and engages with each and every single person who comments.

Trying to cancel the subscription is a bloody nightmare. The website seemingly won’t let me customer services advice is do it through the bank. But it’s not a direct debit etc. absolutely no help at all and quite frankly a load of crap.

Absolutely amazing quality items that are so pretty. I have a huge collection now and I'm never failed to find a new set to add to it. All the girls and Alfie are so amazing and nothing is too much for them. If it's the wrong size they're more than happy to swap.

I ordered the orange Embroidered 4-piece set n it is absolutely beautiful, brought my confidence up so much n it’s such a nice soft fabric, flattering fitting! I seen liliosa live on TikTok and kept seeing a few beautiful sets so I thought I had to join. Alfie was hosting the live and made me feel welcome when I joined I bought 2 mystery bundles and then another 2 the next day and I’m in love with all 8 sets the were packaged with care by Alfie. The sets I have received are so comfortable and fit amazingly I love the adjustability in them all. I would definitely recommend liliosa to everyone I know.
