It’s been about 2 weeks since ordered and it hasn’t updated from processing order I’ve emailed no reply I’ve went on chat bot no one gets back to you I don’t know what else to do to get my money back not good customer service at all. So sad 😞

I contacted the company via email twice, and through their social media (Instagram) page about my order being delayed and I still haven’t had a reply. The order has now arrived and the products are covered in what appears to be dog hair, but I’m still awaiting contact from them. It’s a real shame, as the products are great - I ordered some more from their website after purchasing face-to-face at the Baby & Toddler Show so was really happy to support an independent business but feel let down this time

It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I haven’t received any yet to receive anything, no even a confirmation that it’s on its way. Yet I keep receiving these emails to ‘review my order’. So here I am reviewing my order - I have no idea where it is!

My second time buying an amber bracelet. Perfect size for babies (usually they're too big in my experience). Great quality. My daughter has worn hers for over a year non-stop - it is still in good condition and has never fallen off. Now buying a gift for someone else.

No dispatch email, stupidly long delivery time even after paying first class… Oh and still not been delivered

I ordered an Amber anklet and was not disappointed. The customer service was fantastic and such a quick turn around. Adele was so accommodating and helpful. I managed to get the initial measurements wrong but this was not an issue and was rectified for me the same day. Super service and I love the Amber beads!
