I'm not the Lili's customer, just the unfortunate resident living next to the shop they collect the rubbish from. I understand rubbish needs to be taken away but not at 4am in the morning! I want to sleep, not be jolted awake by the noise of a large commercial bin being emptied. I called Lili to advise this is a residential area and the lorry stops right in front of my bedroom making noise and flashing its lights. It didn't help, my next step is environmental health team as I have few months worth evidence of their antisocial collection time.

Another complaint to add to the weekly job list...

It's Monday morning and yet again, here we are writing another complaint email to Lili Waste.

If you want to experience rats for the first time, have to add a weekly complaint email/phone call to your list of jobs to do and feel like you are shouting into a void of people not listening to you, then join Lili Waste as you'll feel very fulfilled.

{edit to add on 15th Sept} Lili Waste customer service contacted us to confirm they would release us from our contract provided we removed our honest reviews from Trust Pilot. We refused to do this because it is unethical and they agreed to release us from our contract. They gave us LESS than a week's notice to get a new waste provision in place and offered us free collections until the bins were due to be collected on the 14th Sept. Well, you can predict how this played out... they failed to collect the rubbish AND the bins. So now I have 2 sets of commercial waste bins waiting to be collected but I am incredibly grateful to be let out of the contract so thank you Lili Waste.

Awful company that does not listen to customers or community. Sends delivery trucks out at 3am in the morning waking hundreds of residents. Doesn't listen when multiple complaints have been put in. Avoid as they run an inconsiderate business. Directors should be ashamed.

Poor service, poor customer service. Do not use. Still waiting for empty bins to be taken away which been two months now as cancelled our contract within just 3 weeks of starting with them as bins never got empties. Just got fed lies by customer services. They even had cheek to charge us for last two months for collection which hard to empty empty bins. Shocking

Easy set up & friendly staff, received an email when delivery of the bin was due and collection days, one month in things are running smoothly. Had a awful previous experience in with commercial waste, Lili restored the faith!

Been with Lili Waste a few months now, requested an extra collection at short notice a simple phone call and they were here the following day, as a small business owner this is the sort of service that we need. Well done Lili keep up the good work.

Dont believe any good reviews on here, the company black mail you! Today I had a email asking if credits and cancelled contact goes ahead will i take down my bad review. This company is a scam and they dont collect your bin.

Avoid. Terrible company. Terrible service. They promise lots. Deliver nothing but issues

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Consistently bad service. Bin collection rarely on time and usually several days late. I would not recommend this business or service. They blame the issue on staffing but I would hesitate a guess that the issues are from management level and cascade down.

Avoid at all costs! They are the worst company you can deal with! I was stuck in a contract that kept rolling over. I managed to set a reminder when it was due again and thank God I did! The last month I've had five failed collection without notice. They reschedule all the days so I end up having a collection monday and tuesday. Somehow they think this is suitable for a business dealing with food waste. I went one week where I had no collection for nine days! Customer service are incredibly terrible at the simple job of letting customers know you wont have a collection. You leave the bin out hoping they might turn up. Again! Avoid!

6 missed collections in 7 weeks due to running out of time, how is that my fault?

Jordan has been hugely helpful setting up our 2 sites with Lili. The service and support from everyone I've dealt with has been excellent. In stark contrast to our previous provider, everything has been made quick and easy.

We have used Lili waste for a few years now and all was well to start with. In recent months, the service has plummeted. Drivers state they cant gain access, the helpdesk report drivers phoning in sick, collections constantly rescheduled but still not completed.
We are about 5 weeks currently since our last empty and with no indication when this will happen. We have been promised twice already and with nothing honoured. Its tuesday and they have cancelled twice this week.

Very, very poor service..

They will be the masters of their own destiny if they do not improve.

AVOID this shoddy outfit!!

What a shameful company this is, we have had our commercial waste bin left for three weeks full! Despite being told several times they are on their way they don’t turn up, today they said driver phoned in sick, pathetic people to deal with, avoid at all cost.
