Ordered Belgium Chocolate for a special occasion worth more than 5000rs and but received Butterscotch which less in price and taste was bad. Tried reaching them and Liliyum is like sorry we made mistake because we had a lot of orders.

So I ordered a cake from this place only to find a chunk of plastic that looked like a nail extension which they claim to be a 'piece of dowel' in my cake — not a decoration, not something edible, just chilling in there, waiting to break a tooth or worse in a household that actually has both, an elder and a child. You can imagine the horror.
When I reached out, all I got was a just a weak apology like it wasn’t a big deal. Honestly, This wasn’t some little mix-up, this was DANGEROUS. I’m beyond disappointed. It ruined the whole experience and honestly made me feel sick thinking about it afterward. This is an absolute joke.
I never leave reviews, but this crossed a serious line.If you like your desserts with a side of potential injury and not a lot of accountability, by all means, go for it. Otherwise, maybe steer clear.
We enjoyed the cheesecake it was so good, we have had from quite a few places in Bangalore and got to say yours is some piece of cake we're coming back to order. Size and pricing is worth it, Thank you!
