This is my third cabin from Lillevilla over the last twenty years.
The whole experience has been very easy and straightforward. Everybody from my initial enquiry, then the driver who delivered it to the fitters who put it up have been friendly, helpful and super efficient.
I'm hoping this will be my last as I don't intend moving again, but you never know !
It is a large building ( 7 x 4m ) that has been put up amongst trees. It looks like it's been there forever.
The product is fantastic and looks stunning in the garden.
Roll on Monday when it will be painted.

FANTASTIC SERVICE THROUGHOUT!
I would thoroughly recommend Lillevilla log cabins, our experience from start to finish has been great. The cabin is of high quality and finish at a reasonable price with free assembly. Although there were a couple of issues, one being the partition wall logs had some damage to it, Trevor from Lillevilla sorted straight away. There was a problem with the double doors and window frames after some settle time had passed- again Lillevilla sorted straightaway however due to the refitting and adjustments of the double door frame and window frames, the sealant around them needed to be taken off and the cabin repainted in some areas. Once again Lillevilla we’re on it and sent a painter out to us. He (Dave) did a fantastic job and the cabin looks great. Everyone we have come into contact with at Lillevilla from sales (Linda ) to erecting (Warren) Customer Services (Colin) have been very friendly and accommodating. Despite some unforeseen issues the whole experience has been a welcome pleasure. As we know things cannot always go to plan but it depends how a company deals with issues can speak volumes for them. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were happy. Thank you Lillevilla

Delivery of the cabin was completely professional and with no hassle whatsoever - driver was helpful and pleasant.

Dan the installer arrived today and without doubt he is one of the most professional, efficient and hardworking tradesman I have ever met.

The cabin has been built to a very high standard and is immaculate - I am delighted with the finished product.

Throughout Lillevilla have delivered everything they have promised with great efficiency and value.

I needed some parts to complete my summer house I dealt with Mike he was very helpful and polite and I got my delivery within days as promised.

The Lillevilla 124 is a very good product. I self-built it - everything fitted superbly and only a couple of slightly twisted logs, but easy to twist back to fit as instructed. The instructions generally were good, but there are a few parts of the build without a clear instruction - the door frame assembly and mounting, for example. Fortunately not too hard to work out. I am quite used to DIY etc, but I doubt if one person could build and paint (3 coats, as recommended) within 5 days. Makes the warranty hard to qualify for.
Also, on delivery all of the metal fixings were missing - I think a delivery glitch. Called the suppliers and they sent replacements immediately, so can't really complain. Only problem there was that there were no window stays! Despite this, it is a high quality building and we really like it. Already been used a fair bit, including as a covid quarantine room for our son visiting from Australia! Thanks very much, David

We discovered Lillevilla quite by accident when visiting a site local to us which displayed Lillevilla cabins. We had gone looking for a “garden room”, but when we saw the cabins we completely changed tact. Again we were fortunate when first visiting the Lillevilla website as they had an ex display cabin advertised, bigger than what we were looking for but we went for it.
From then on everything has been plain sailing. Delivery could have been an issue as we live on a fairly severe bank and have a significant tree at the gateway of our property. Anyway, the driver performed some acrobatics with the help of his crane and the cabin was delivered. Two days later two installers arrived who did a great job of putting the cabin together. We couldn’t be more pleased, the only issue now is that it highlights other areas of the garden which need work.

Great product and great service, turned up on time, the next day 2 fitters arrived at 7am, polite and professional and were a credit to the company and were finished in a day. I have recommended to a few people already.

Great product, Great support and communication.
Really pleased with our new Garden/Games room. We decided to build it and insulate it ourselves and are really please with the finished result.
On a slightly negative note the instructions were some what Woolley and took some working out but we got there in the end.

Delivered on time, fitted by a thoroughly diligent guy who didn't stop working all day , service provided clear and informative from start to finish

Installation guy mark very good arrived 7am to start the job and quality work! Shame the ground workers I employed to make the base wasn’t any good. Seamless from ordering to installation would buy another one any time.

The guys who came to install our cabin were a pleasure to deal with, they were very polite, respectful of our home and nice guys to work with. They worked incredibly hard and managed to build our office in one day and has been done beautifully.
They are an asset to the company and it makes such a huge difference dealing with friendly trades.

DO NOT USE Lillevilla. Not recommended at all. They rely on the customer to decide whether the base they already have (in my case block patio) is level enough for their cabin to be fitted. I only found out on my fitting date that it wasn't suitable and from then on they did not want to go out of their way to help. Having been given a mid-April install date, this issue meant that all they could offer was August(!) once I'd sorted out rectifying my base. They never returned any of my calls and only contacted me after I sent a stroppy message on Facebook messenger. Once my base was sorted I then had to PAY another company to fit my cabin as Lillevilla's free fitting would have meant waiting 4 months with a huge package sitting on my driveway. I was told by this new company that any decent cabin company would carry out a site survey prior to installation to assess suitability of customer's intended cabin base/site. I told Lillevilla this and they just said they don't do it & it's customers responsibility. How is a customer meant to know if the ground space is suitable??
I am disappointed that there has been no follow up call since my cabin was installed in May and no offer of any compensation for the inconvenience and stress this has caused.
I felt that as I'd paid by money I was no longer important and would advise anyone not to use Lillevilla. There are plenty of other companies to choose from. Very poor customer service!

The customer service for Lillevilla was excellent, Kenny who came to install the cabin, was an absolute star, he worked hard all day and kept everything very tidy at the end of each day, I cannot fault his workmanship and attention to detail, happy to help with any queries I had. Highly recommend Lillevilla.

Delivery was on time and impeccably carried out. The erection team were good, friendly, efficient and helpful. And the resulting building is very good value for its price. The lack of the fifth star is purely because we were somewhat nonplussed by the amount of waste that we were left to dispose of. This included several full lengths of floor boarding, a quantity of off-cuts and two full sheets of insulation.
