I am still waiting on 2 orders#44073 and #44305, Lilly’s Amsterdam ignore all contact. It is a scam they take your money and don’t send the product then ghost you! The only contact they give is info@lillysamsterdam and they don’t reply.
By the way, the only reason I have made 2 orders is because I have ordered lots in the past so thought it was all legit and my first order would eventually show up. After reading other reviews it seems like there have been problems with the company since November 2025 which was when I made my first order I’m waiting on!

Where’s my order
I placed an order MORE THAN 3 MONTHS AGO. Haven’t received it yet or any update of the shipment. They haven’t even replied to any of my emails or messages.
My order is #44185. I hope it’s gets resolved soon. I have ordered once before with no problems. I don’t know what’s going on now.

I have noted in the company's RETURNS POLICY that they will provide a refund if my order hasn't been delivered "within our guaranteed delivery time of 30 days", that is before February 2nd. However, after contacting them 3 times, I still haven't heard back from them.
Scam, don't order.
I placed an order through their website on February 12, 2026 (order #44265) and received a confirmation email the same day. Since then, however, there has been complete silence. Payment was taken, but the jewelry has never been delivered.
I have sent multiple emails and direct messages without receiving any response. At this point, it feels highly unreliable and raises serious concerns about their business practices. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company, as they appear to take payment without fulfilling orders. A very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
What is going on?!
Have ordered from them before with nonissues and love the earrings. Stupidly, didn’t check reviews as had nonissue in the past. Ordered and over £60 came out of my ac on 24th Feb. Have an order no email: #44289. Had an email on 8th March saying delayed due to Black Friday? Have emailed, with no response. Have sent a DM on Insta, again, with no response. What is going on?!!!
Almost 2 months and nothing
Recently I posted a review here for my order placed on 18th of January (order #44224). Lilly’s Amsterdam replied on 18th February saying that they escalated the order and will send me an extra gift with it and that I also have a 20% voucher on my next purchase. Please do not trust those comments as so far I didn’t receive anything.
@Trustpilot: can you tag this company as FRAUD company?

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, no update on tracking or responses to my emails. Looking at other reviews this happens often - won’t be ordering again.

RUNNNN!!!!
I had the same experience as many people here: unanswered emails and DM's in Instagram, lack of delivery updates (or explanation for the delay), missing my order after almost two months of the purchase, erased comments in social media when asked about the issues... a complete disaster... now that I know that such websites like trustpilot exist, something like this won't happen again to me... try to ask for a refund to your bank!!! It was easy and fast in my case, and had the money back in my account after a week. It's a disgrace that shameless companies like this can keep operating and scamming people on daily basis.

DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Lillys Amsterdam. Its scam. They don’t send you anything and when you try to contact them on social media they shut you down. I have sent them several emails but still missing my jewelry or my money back. I ordered 7th of November 2025.

They don't answer or ship the products
10 days after ordering and paying for the order, there is still no answer from them. 2 emails, 1 Insta DM and nothing. I see that they are doing it to other people too. What was once a reputable brand and fast with shipping, now has become a scam.

This is a final follow-up regarding my order #44126, placed on December 10, 2025 (total €26.45).
The order is still marked as Paid and Unfulfilled, and I have never received the items, nor any tracking information or shipping confirmation.
Please note that if I do not receive either:
valid tracking details and proof of shipment, or
a full refund to my original payment method
within 7 days, I will proceed with a payment dispute (chargeback) through my bank/payment provider, due to non-delivery of goods.
I would prefer to resolve this matter directly with you and avoid further action.

Never sent items
I had ordered before with no issues but I am on of the hundreds it seems people they ghosted and never received their items from November orders. I tried to get in contact with them multiple times and they just stopped replying to my emails. Currently opening a dispute with them through my bank.
I'm so disappointed
I'm so disappointed. I've ordered from them multiple times in the past and never had any issues. I genuinely liked their products. But now they've ghosted me like so many others. They ignore my emails, Instagram posts (if they don't straight up delete them) or any other form of communication I can find. Do not order from them anymore! You won't get your products. They were once an actual store with actual products. However, I believe somewhere along the line they've drifted off into scam-land.
EDIT: They are still deleting comments on instagram and DO NOT answer emails, but try to act all high and mighty on Trustpilot. Please please don't be fooled!
Still waiting for order on 29th November
Ordered 29th November and have still not received my order. My emails asking for an update are ignored. Will never order from Lilly's Amsterdam again.
SCAMMERS
Ordered at the start of November, over 2 months later and nothing has arrived. Customer service fobs off with 'Oh it's definitely on the way' and quotes supply issues. They've ignored my repeated requests for a refund. Any decent company would advise you of a delay and keep you in the loop, nothing from them at all. I suspect they are a scam sadly - do not give these people money. UPDATE - END of MARCH - claimed the money back from Mastercard and have just heard they are disputing the transaction, even though I never received the jewellery I ordered.
