Worst customer experience
Ordered boots online and paid for next day delivery. Five days later and we haven’t received the boots, or an order number. Four attempts to contact customer service have been ignored. There is no one to speak to. The company has my money - and nothing has been delivered - and there is no one to speak to about it

I cannot believe a reputed store like Lillywhites (sports direct) can actually play trickery on it’s customers. I ordered a pair of Nike shoes. They were torn and clearly had been returned by some customer previously. The Nike label on the top of the left shoe was actually stuck to the shoe instead of being stitched on it (as in the other shoe). The cost of return has to be paid by the customer. I have decided to just stitch it myself and use it the way it is as returning is a hassle. Its appalling that they are trying to pass through their defective goods in the time when people can’t visit stores and rely on online purchases!
Warning - avoid at any cost!
Prices appear cheap but products are of poor quality/fall apart after a few days.
Refund only if items are in "a sellable condication" and then only as a credit note - you will never get your cash back.

I’m never coming back to Lillywhites!
I’m never coming back to Lillywhites or Sportsdirect.Com 😠😠
The bottom line is, Lillywhites and SportsDirect.com have the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Unfortunately, I have come across quite a few places with bad customer service but this one tops it all! They are essentially holding my money, without the option to purchase the product I want and without even trying to solve the issue.
Everyone from Rob, the store manager to their Customer service.

So all I wanted was to buy a new pair of running shoes. Unfortunately I got mixed up and took the wrong size from Lillywhites in Piccadilly circus. The day after, I came in and the correct size was gone. I was kindly offered to get a gift card to purchase the shoes online.I’ve tried ordering the shoes for collection in store but that feature didn’t work in the website. It was annoying but I thought to myself - never mind, I’ll pay another few pounds and get it delivered home.
That is when everything started going wrong.
The gift certificate wasn’t working online. I went back to Lillywhites. After the lady at the till couldn’t help me, she called the store manager, a guy who presented himself as Rob. He said he cannot refund us and there’s nothing in his power to help me today as it is already late (around 7pm). Again, annoying but he asked me to come back the next day during office hours (10am-5pm) and that he would be happy to call customer service on my behalf and sort it out (There is no working customer service available for Lillywhites that is for customers to call anyway). I came back again the next day at about 3.30pm. A lady called Christina tried to help me, she called Rob and told him I was there. He told her to call IT. She tried calling and talked to Customer service, IT and Retail support. She was redirected from one to the other, all not giving a real solution and saying no to her request to refund me, even though she explained over and over it is their fault, not mine and that I cannot use my gift certificate (which is essentially my money). When she got refused from everyone, she said, there’s nothing else she could do, let me get Rob here. She tried to get him. It was only 25 minutes after I got there, and well within the time he asked me to come in with, but he already left home, without even trying to sort out my problem. Christina who’s hands are tied is still trying to sort it out in creative ways, that are not ideal but at least she is trying.
Extortionate delivery charges.
I would have to agree with other bad reviews here and say that this store is awful. Lilly whites is sports direct and USC under another name.
The delivery charge to a shop near to me was £23.99 !!! That was more expensive than the item I wanted to buy.
I've just looked on DW Sports and delivery is FREE to any of their stores so this is where I'll spend my money in future.
I just don't understand why companies alienate customers by charging extortionate delivery charges when other stores offer delivery for free.
Really happy with purchase
I purchased some adidas leggings from lillywhites being very skeptical since there were no reviews and these bad ones were the only ones I found but my order was processed quickly and came within a week from UK to US. I’m so happy with my purchase I’ve been looking for these leggings for a while !
Customer service was very poor
Customer service was very poor, given that it was later evening and there were virtually no other customers. After waiting too long and dealing with some assistant attitude I found the product I wanted, left it and have now bought it cheaper online.
I appreciate you saving me money Lillywhites - it was perfectly available to you for the taking were your staff friendlier and better trained!
