My first time ordering with Lily and Fox, my delivery came far faster than expected seeing as it wasn't in the same country and it was over Xmas/New year, I got a hand-written thank you note, and a free set to practice with!! Genuinely impressed at this customer service!! The actual wraps are lovely too!

I ordered my nail wraps on December 14, 2023. I have contacted the company and they apologized then stated that the nails would probably arrive on the 28th, but could not guarantee that. Some reviews stated that delivery was fast. Not so in my case. Still waiting today.

Really fast delivery, the product is beautifully packaged and it made my day to see a handwritten note inside. It's those sort of details that make a company special!

They have a great selection but that is all I can say because I have not received my order yet, past the 10-14 days promised. I hope I receive them in time to pass my gifts out next weekend. Don't think I'll order from them again, so annoying to wait so long. There are other nail sites that are much more accommodating. Also, there is no tracking number provided.

First order- very impressed. I work in healthcare so keep my nails short and varnish free, but with Christmas upon us I wanted to get them done without paying the money to have them removed a few days later if required.

I am not a girly girl by any means and still struggle to paint my nails. These took me approx 10 mins to put on, I read the instructions first and it was so simple! I finished with the recommended top coat.

I didn’t expect them to last but they did!

These things have survived; daily showers, dog walks and mucking out several horses, 2 deep house cleans( without gloves) and copious amounts of handwashing & gel!

Now at day 10, I have taken them off to re-do them at the weekend for a party.

As you would expect, there was chipping by now, especially on my index fingers, but this is exactly the same I would get with gels at this stage so I am more than happy, especially considering the price difference.

If you’re looking for a way to glam up your nails for a special night/ trip without the expense or unable to have gels/extensions, then I would definately go for it!

First order with Lilly & Fox for nail wraps. Haven't tried them yet but delighted when received an extra pack to practice with and a small origami fox. Also a personal thank you letter for the order. Great service.

I placed my order on Oct 08, 2023 and my product arrived November 17, which is FAR outside the promised 10-14 days. That was my first disappointment. I was excited to tey the wraps out because I have used Color Street numerous times and love everything about them except the price. About 2 hours after applying the nail strips, I used the restroom and when pulling up my jeans ine nail had peeled 80%off. I reapplied and thought everything would be great. The next day I was washing some dishes (nothing extreme) and 3 nails peeled completely off. I was so irritated I removed the rest and put in a set from Color Street. The next day we were out cutting down trees and doing some intense yard work. To my surprise, my Color Street set had only 1 minor chip and the skin on my hands was beaten up! Lily and Fox just isn't worth the discount.

Took forever to receive. Worse though is the product I received. None of the product matches what I ordered. No names and very dark colors, while I ordered light pale pink and beige. They included a free gift of a god awful color called purple majesty. This is why I stay away from ordering online (except Amazon which I can return).

I've ordered twice and both times they said products would be sent within 1-14 days. At day 12-13, I sent them a message because they hadn't shipped. Miraculously they ship within two days after the message. The first time I ordered I had nail wraps for Halloween and they arrived too late to use. This time I got smart and ordered early (November 2) for Christmas wraps. Today is November 20. I still don't have my nail wraps. I will order from somebody else in the future.

I ordered one set to see how good they were, arrived beautifully packaged with a practice set and cute note. Easy to apply even with arthritis in my hands. Have already ordered more and for my friends to try. Impressed with the overall look 👌

Not the best unfortunately compared to other similar products. They are quite flimsy and thin and didn't last me more than 4 days, some chipping within a day. They are not gel strips and therefore really not that durable, definitely no more than normal nail polish. And pretty fiddly to apply as you have to file off the excess but because it isn't set hard like others before you file, it's pretty flimsy and they tear quite easily or pull. You get what you pay for but for the price and other products on the market that are similar, these are not worth the money for me unfortunately. Might as well just get standard nail varnish, it's quicker and easier to apply and lasts the same amount of time. If you want proper strips that will actually last a couple of weeks, spend the money on the proper ones as these are not those.

Placed an order on Nov 6 the money was received by them yet I have relieved no product. I would stay away from this company. Lesson learned.

Fabulous designs they take a while to come but be patient as they are so worth it.
I have ordered lots now and I always have a fox which is cute and sometimes a free set which is a really lovely touch

I like the variety of nails offered. However they take an actual month to arrive with the free shipping offer. 2 weeks to get them out of the office supposedly, with another 2 weeks to ship.
If you pay $10+ for shipping, they ship same day.
I order one order with the free shipping option in 10/15, supposedbly they shipped 10/31. It’s not 11/11 and no order yet.

However I placed another order on 10/28, they arrived 11/3.

Great selection, easy online ordering and fast dispatch and delivery.
Nail wraps looked great on my own nails and with care they lasted 10 days.
But….. my nails have been completely ruined after only that one application. They have continually cracked, split and peeled for 5 months since and are only now starting to get back to normal strength. I’m so disappointed as I love the nail wraps. ☹️

Ordered on Oct 12 and today is Nov 5. NO PRODUCT!! It looks like it is still sitting at the post office. I doubt I will EVER order from them again.

Upon opening my order I received a lovely handwritten note & an origami fox which was absolutely adorable.
All of the nails looks absolutely amazing and vibrant plus I received a practice set, which I definitely needed.. upon applying the practice set I decided to wash the dishes 20 mins later which resulted in the wraps coming off..I then decided to apply another set and this time followed the instructions and left them over night - I continued as usual for 3 days without any of them even moving! I've applied a layer of clear gel nail polish over the wraps and have had (up to now) another 5 days out of them!
I am beyond pleases with my purchase and highly recommend :)

Beautiful designs and delivery was a lot faster than expected. The package included a free set to practice on and a lovely hand written note - that really added to the experience. Definitely recommend.
