This is a total scam
This is a total scam. I came across them from an ad on instagram. I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived took weeks to arrive yet it was a closing down sale! They also sent emails saying there were despatched, delivered etc when they weren't at all. The shoes were a total misrepresentation of what the website offered. The size 42 was more like a size 36, the manufacture of the shoes shocking. They come from China (not made evident on the website). They appear to offer up to 35% refund which means the scam profits 65%. AVOID!

Total scam
Total scam . Shoes advertised looked lovely . Description was leather , animal print loafers .I bought 2 pairs in different sizes as I wasn’t sure of the sizings . Shoes arrived and were horrendous… plastic and nothing like the shoes on the advert . Avoid this company.

SCAM WEBSITE - Don't use.
I feel so stupid now I read these reviews. The website looks and feel very authentic and the products look great on the website. They lovely little back story everything pulls you in. It's all a lie. There is no UK company. Check, you'll see when you look deeper, there is no company address or contact number. Everything is shipped from China and the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE does not exist. I spent so much on here and was really looking forward to the products arriving but they are all cheap polyester and poorly made. Unwearable and wouldn't even get my money back on eBAY. The returns address they provided after a long fight, doesn't exist. And they only offer refunds if the products actually arrive back, which they write in their emails, they don't. DON'T BUY.

Not UK based and rubbish quality
The company is not uk based as it says in their advertising. The dress is rubbish quality and I will not be wearing it. It is false advertising and when I raised that I didn’t want the dress they said I would have to pay to send it back to china. Managed to get a refund but it took a lot ! Do no buy.

DO NOT BUY anything from them - it is a total scam and efforts to return the dress have been unsuccessful
