These clothes are not Canadian made as…

These clothes are not Canadian made as stated on their website. They have no labels on the clothing. The materials are cheap. The delivery took over 3 weeks. When I contacted them to ask specific questions such as delivery date, shipper, and where they are made, they never answered my questions. Buyer beware, we need stronger laws on these internet businesses.

This whole site is a scam

This whole site is a scam, there is no eco-friendly clothing with minimal waste and retiring to sail around the world. It's cheap clothing from China that you can't return. There is no 30 day money back guarantee, there is endless hassle, and no money back. Clothing is poor quality, not as shown. The whole premise is a lie and the clothing reflects that. Buyer beware and shop elsewhere!

Very Cheap, No Refund for made in China clothes

I ordered a vest that was supposed to be wool but in fact it is a very cheap material, no labels, lots of defects. Their website is saying that they are refunding but it is false, their customer service answered that they do not. You will loose your money, in my case more than 120$. Be aware : Made in China.

Bogus advertising

There is a marked difference from the way the item is advertised on line and what actually arrives. The fabric looks and feels like cardboard - it does not resemble wool at all. It is cheaply made and looks like it will fall apart with the first wash.

Bogus - makes you think this is a French boutique in Montreal when it is made in China.

If I could give less than one star I would...

If I could give less than one star I would. I received a jacket yesterday from Lilly and Laurent. This product makes Old Navy look like Prada. What a disgrace they are ripping people off like this. The jacket would fit a child and I ordered a medium. Horrible sewing and craftsmanship.

I sent them an email saying what a disgrace this product was. They said that they would return 10% of the cost to cover the return shipping and they would send a label. NOTHING. I emailed again the next person said they do not offer returns on sale items which there is absolutely nothing on their website that says that. The NEXT person said that they will offer 10% back which is ridiculous. I still going to pursue this and report them to the better business bureau. They say they are in Montreal which is a lie

This is a scam company from China

This is a scam company from China. I ordered a jacket which looked very nice on the website. After I placed the order and paid I did research and noticed this was a scam. I emailed them and told them to cancel my delivery and credit my visa. They said they couldn’t do it. I just received the package. This coat is terrible. So misleading and made in China. Came with no label. No nothing. I have now reached out to get their return mailing address to China. I will send it back and ensure I get a visa on my credit card. Do NOT deal with this company.

Its a scam.

Its a scam.
Dropshipping.
Heres the red flags : they announce that they are closing and everything is on sale.
But many items are available and in alot of colors. Same images as Shein.
Domain name of their website has been created 2 months ago.
Comments deleted on their Facebook page, but we can see the angry reactions.
They make customers pay for returns when they realise the ordered item is different in real life.
Sold items has no tags and ship from China.
In fact, it's misleading because they make it seem like they design the clothes and make them with good quality materials, locally, but they dont.
Also, no information about how or where they produce the clothes.
Avoid !
