Rose gold curb chain
I am absolutely delighted with the rose gold chain I ordered.
It came beautifully packaged, with the added bonus of a free cleaning kit.

Fabulous
I ordered the heart shaped locket with the moon and stars on a 24in chain, it is truly beautiful and surprisingly heavy. The quality is exceptional and I really couldn’t be happier. Royal Mail delayed delivery which was frustrating but Gillian was amazing and not only chased the post office but also refunded my postal costs. All in all I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic repair
The photos in my 2 year old gold feather locket (which I wear every day) were damaged when I forgot to take it off when swimming on holiday. Contacted Lily Blanche on Live Chat and arranged for them to replace the photos and repair the locket. Communication excellent throughout, locket returned earlier than expected and Alyssia has made a fabulous job of the repair. I cannot fault the service, communication or quality of goods and thoroughly recommend Lily Blanche to anyone looking for personalised lockets.

Necklace
We ordered a necklace for my MIL for her 60th birthday, was a bit nervous how will itt look like and if she will like it but she was absolutely thrilled. From the packing to the gift itself it was all beautiful.
It did nit disappoint at all and would 100% recommend this vendor to other. Sure will order again in the future.

Lovely jewellery with a personal touch
Really lovely jewellery perfectly presented. Buy from Lily Blanche if you want a beautiful gift with a personal touch, you won't be disappointed.
Even the packaging is so well presented, it's a shame to open it. It's clear that the Lily Blanche team have put as much effort into the experience of receiving a gift as they have into the actual item of jewellery.
As a first time customer, I'm hoping to purchase other gorgeous gifts in future because this experience was so positive.

Absolutely amazing company.
Absolutely amazing company to order from. I love my locket with the photos I uploaded. As I knew I wouldn't be able to do them myself. Had a small problem with a charm that was missing, I got in touch and Aillie who helped me send my locket back was brilliant. They let me know when they received it, and unbeknown to me the locket clasp was faulty. They replaced the entire locket and added my charm. I will never use anyone else again for jewellery. Lily Blanche will be stuck with me. And I will tell.friends and family of the wonderful service I received. Thank you so much. I actually came across this business while searching for somewhere that made special lockets as I'd just lost my grandad who was 96, he had always been there throughout my life and I miss him terribly along with my nan. But thanks to Lily I can see them everyday.

I had notification from the Post Office that my earings were going to be delivered yesterday (Sunday 10 March 2024) they didn't arrive. I'm not complaining but if you paid next day delivery please claim your postage back.
As I haven't received the earings I can't comment on how I feel about them, but I am annoyed that I waited in all day for my Mother's Day gift and it didn't arrive.

Dear Sonia Fretter, I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with the delivery of your order but I am also confused by your review. We have three delivery options for the UK - standard delivery which is free on orders of £85 or more. This is a Royal Mail 48-hour fully tracked service. First class which is a 1-2 day fully tracked service. And express delivery which is a next working day service.
You mention that the earrings did not arrive the next day and suggest customers "claim their postage back on next day delivery". However, you did not choose next-day delivery. You chose free standard shipping and you paid no shipping charge.
You ordered the earrings on Thursday March 7. At the time you were advised that estimated delivery date would be Tuesday 12 to Thursday 14 March. The order was fulfilled and shipped the same day - March 7 - and you received them on Monday, March 11.
I am also confused to hear that you had a notification from the Post Office saying they would be delivered on Sunday, March 10 as we do not offer a Sunday delivery service. You received a tracking number and were able to follow the progress of the parcel.
Had we known it was a Mother's Day gift we would have upgraded you to a next working day service but there was no note on the order to that effect.
I have reached out to you to explain the situation and to forward the relevant documentation so you can see the shipping option selected and correct your review Trustpilot has also reached out to you for clarification.
