Stunning locket

Broke within a year and wouldn't cover the repair cost

Received a lovely locket as a gift but the catch failed with in a year of little wear.

They only offered a six month warranty so would charge for repair and insured postage both ways.

This was an expensive item and saved for special occasions. In essence it had been worn on less than ten occasions before it broke.

I would expect something of this value to last better than this and to come with more than a six month warranty.

The return process would be at my own expense and effort (even under warranty) and I was given no indication on pricing for repairs. I'm better off taking it somewhere local and not having the postage costs. Sadly the necklace has been unworn for the last year because of the hassle of the repair.

Dear Christine, I’m sorry that you are unhappy with our service. Your locket was purchased on January 7 2022, nearly three years ago. We were first contacted in December 2023 and told that the catch was loose.
We got back in touch with you immediately to say we would be happy to tighten the catch under warranty and we gave you the dates we were closed for Christmas. We booked your locket in for repair during one of our busiest fortnights - from December 4 to 18 . We always give customers a fortnight to get the locket in for repair. The locket was not returned to us.
You next contacted us nine months later on September 17 2024 asking if the returns info was the same as in the previous December. We responded that it was and once our manufacturing team had examined the locket we would have a better idea of any cost. We explained that there would be a small postal charge to send the locket back to you.
You took exception to this and said you would send it elsewhere for repair. We keep our repair costs to a minimum and usually a catch tightening is just a few pounds plus the cost of tracked shipping but after nearly three years, we’d have to assess the locket to check the level of wear and tear in case it needs a more specialist repair. I'm sorry that this policy angered you.
As a small business we do everything we can to give our customers excellent service, but we do have to cover our postal costs etc. Gillian Crawford, Founder & Director of Lily Blanche

Lily Blanche saved the day

Lily Blanche were quick to help when I realised I'd made a mistake in my order - basically I'd ordered the wrong thing! It was rectified and the chat function on LB's website worked really well. I now have my amended order (a silver St Christopher for a christening present) and it is simply beautiful.

Gold heart necklace

Bought their gold heart necklace and their customer service was beyond what I was expecting. I raised a concern that my delivery may not arrive in time for the holiday and they stopped at nothing to ensure it was delivered on time. Necklace itself is stunning and well worth the cost. It will be my go to place for any jewellery needs going forward. Stunning.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and very high quality products

Not in a very long time have I had such brilliant customer service. I purchased a silver necklace from them with special delivery, as time went on it looked as though it wasn’t going to be delivered so contacted them through Facebook, in all honesty they were more concerned than I was and did everything they could to help me out. They kept an eye on the tracking for me and even offered to refund the shipping cost, as it wasn’t their fault and more a problem with Royal Mail I was speechless. When the necklace arrived early the next day it was beautiful and to a very high standard. I could honestly not recommend Lily Blanche enough.

Honesty & Integrity

I just want to humbly thank the Team at Lily Blanche. My original Lockett did not arrive when I ordered it but I emailed the team at Lily Blanche.
