I ordered a jumper in small and it would fit the biggest man I know. Also looks as cheap as chips. Sorry I didn’t look at reviews first. If I could give half star I would very disappointed to say the least Sandy Chalker👎

All fake goods shipped from China have a sizing error and no labels.

Dress I’ve bought is crap, fabric feels like plastic sheeting. Just horrible. Looked at return info & because it was on sale you can’t get refund, only a voucher. Would not want to buy anything else from this company. Do not buy from Lilymelbourne, they’re rip offs

Not what I thought the items were not knitted as I thought they were synthetic fibres. Not good at all. 😡😡 Will never buy from them again.

A total scam. They offer products that are not available and then refuse to refund. What they send is awful and synthetic fibres. Another scam to AVOID.

PIECE OF GARBAGE COMPANY! I place my order, 14 days ago.
3 days later I got confirmation my order had shipped, it sat and sat and sat. When I requested cancellation, the order started to move, but I’m the wrong direction.
They shipped it to Aurora CO. I live in Florida.

The phone number doesn’t work and the they don’t reply to emails.

TOTAL SCAM!

Will never ever order from this place again....I waited for 3 months .never got my order and asked for refund they couldn't even give me my full refund ..just gave me $17.49 .....,that was only half of the refund ...would like to know what they did with the $17.88 They kept ...not a good way to treat someone... that order and you only give part of refund ...

Terrible in every way. The items in no way resembled the quality pictured. Return is a joke…. Very difficult and pennies on the dollar - not worth the trouble. Took Months to arrive! Worst buying experience I’ve ever had on the internet.

Sizes are WAY off, and it appears that you can return the item in the States. When you actually need to do a return, you discover that it is in China. It would cost more to return the item, so I just tossed money away.

Ordered $35 shoes decided to cancel order never heard from them for 6 weeks received the cardboard shoes wanted to send them back still never heard from them rip off

Terrible quality t-shirts and sweatshirts. Thin, poor quality synthetic fabrics rather than sweatshirt grade fabrics. They failed to send one item and did not follow up. I had to contact them after 3 months from order, only to have them say the product is out of stock. Very slow to issue refund, very terrible customer service, cannot be trusted. Avoid this company at all cost.

If I could give a negative number I would. It's unfortunate that companies like PayPal and Klarna allow this company to do purchases through them. The items are AWFUL! Sweaters are screenprints, sizes are all over the map, items smell awful, it takes FOREVER to ship, spelling is wrong on some clothes, & shipping back is a nightmare (even though they pretend it isn't). Don't be fooled...it might look pretty but it's garbage!!

After 3 weeks, I finally received my order from Lilicloth (the shipment shows Mississauga, Ont but 3 weeks? so likely China). I am very disappointed in the quality of the goods! The photos are beautiful, and the order cost me C$200, so I was expecting better quality fabrics. Most of the items are made of the cheapest, printed polyester knit, and because I will never wear them, they willI be donated to charity. Waste of money! Do not order from this company ' you will waste your money!! Stay clear despite what appears to be a good deal. I wish I had researched before ordering. Maggie
