The product was not as advertised, it was cheap and nasty and came from China not Australia. Customer service was non existent. This site is a scam do not buy from this site.

i ordered three things from them stupidly thinking it was actually a shop in Melbourne, they are nothing like what was showed....Cashmere jumper is acrylic, the jacket not made as well as the image provided, and the shoes, not breathable fabric, at all, all out of plastic look and smell fabrics... i have only heard once from them on trying to get my order returned and now they have gone silent. It's a disgrace, items and shops like this just add to landfill globally and waste our time and money

Product was not as it appeared online. They offered 30% refund and keep the product, or return to ASIA at our own expense. We are Australian, and to be required to send at OUR EXPENSE to Asia for a company which purports by its name to be Australian is unacceptable

This is certainly a SCAM website. Including the name Melbourne in their title is MISLEADING!!! This is not a company based in Melbourne or Australia at all.
I ordered a "leather Jacket".. the website photo looked great. Product arrived - It was a piece of JUNK! It was a garment made of fabric - cloth ( Not leather as advertised). The workmanship was horrible; quality was non existent. Stitching was atrocious! When I emailed a complaint, they offered for me to keep the garment and offered me a 30%. discount!. I will not even keep that garment if they offered it for free! When I declined all their offers and asked for a refund, I never heard from them again. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. You will end up losing money;
I will not even give them one star, but there was no way to give them a ZERO rating. If I could -I would!

I bought a coat wasn’t the same coat in the picture but a really cheap looking knockoff. How can they get away with false advertising?

The jumper I received was counterfeit, they would not offer a refund due to “change of mind”. Sizing was very undersized, fabric of a poor cheap quality and it had no tags!!

I bought 2 pairs of “ leather boots” from this site. I was fooled by the slick website and broke my own rule by not checking reviews.
I contacted them about the parcel not arriving when I thought it should and surprisingly they emailed straight away so I was lulled into thinking it would all be ok.
Then I read the reviews and realised I was probably
scammed.
The boots arrived today and as someone said in the reviews, total Chinese crap. The sizes were so wrong, they are 100% vinyl. I could not get them on let alone do them up.
Do not be fooled like I was, this site is fraudulent.

Fell victim to the cheap, cheap copy. Not as per picture at all. Strongly recommend not purchasing from this company.

TOTAL CRAP. Purchased a colourful pair of ‘pure denim’ jeans. That were 100% polyester. Completely different from the picture (which were cotton denim). Was sold a cheap rip off. No response from customer service. Have sent 4 emails and there is no phone number (of course) Scammers! Don’t waste your money.

Terrible service, 3 days they resending the same answer. NoRETURN, NO REFUNDS . T HERE IS AGLY PLASTIC, NOT LEATHER! DONT BUY ANYTHING.

BEWARE
The clothes you see in their pictures is not what you'll recieve!!! You'll get the most horrible cheapest version that gets delivered to you straight from China without even any tags. I spent $80 on a tracksuit that looks like it's worth 8 cents after the website advertised it as amazing high quality materials.... have you ever seen a see through tracksuit? This website is so fraudulent it says the clothes have thousands of reviews, you can't even see the reviews or who wrote them!! I want a refund and they're trying to get me to send it back and pay like $30 postage to send back the item I was tricked into buying!!!!

All fake goods shipped from China have a sizing error and no labels.
