This is NOT the Lili's Flower Shop that is physically located in Eagle Pass Texas. They are using a deceptively similar name, and are based in North Carolina. They claim to have a "local florist partn... See more

Be warned: Terrible service.

Spent 30 minutes on the telephone (much of that time spent on hold) trying to complete a Mother’s Day Weekend order because their website wasn’t working correctly. Only to get an email at 7:16pm on the day my order was supposed to have been delivered, letting me know not only did they NOT deliver my order, but they are canceling it because they “ran out of inventory.” Buyer beware.

Late, unhelpful, stay away

I've ordered flowers from the store to be delivered the next day. These were for my wife's birthday. Around noon when I saw no flowers delivered I contacted the store, who told me it'll come eventually. The flowers were eventually delivefed at 9.30pm, AFTER I took my wife for dinner. What was planned to be a nice gesture, turned out to be a failure. When contacted the store, they told me that since the delivery was done on the date, that's fine and within the terms and conditions. No regard to my dissatisfaction or any offer to do anything about it. Very negative experience, would stay away unless you want a delivery to be late, and customer support to be unhelpful

I want to say the service ended up being terrible

I want to say the service was terrible. My order was supposed to be delivered on 12/16/2023. I received a phone call on 12/16/2023 that the order could not be delivered and my note was missing info. I was okay with that with a promise the order would be delivered on Monday 12/18/2023 and the flowers would be upgraded from standard to a better quality. I called 3x's from 12/18/2023 - 12/19/2023 with no return call about delivery. Flowers were delivered 12/19/2023 late afternoon. I did not receive a confirmation and from what I can tell, the bouquet looks awful. Not upgraded from a standard bouquet.
.
I will not use this service again nor would I recommend it due to the poor customer service, delivery time & bouquet arrangement.

Not Impressed with Sympathy Arrangement

Recently I sent ordered a sympathy arrangement for a family member in Cape Coral. When the arrangement arrived to their home, they called me to thank me but also explained that the arrangement was not fresh, floral shop quality. They sent me a picture and I agreed. I sent a picture to the customer service rep. After hours of trying to get either a replacement or a refund, neither happened. Do NOT order from this company. They claim to guarantee arrangements that "impress". Nope! They don't come close.

They don’t deliver on time and cancel the order without notifying

I ordered flowers 11th of the month to be delivered 13th and wasn’t delivered I called customer service on th 14th and she said she answers the calls only and what she could do is to send an email to the florist
I left a message on the website but no one called or responded
And at the end of the work day I was surprised my order was cancelled without any notification as I saw the money was returned to my account
I was really disappointed that my niece didn’t receive the flowers and lily’s florist didn’t care for their customers
I don’t recommend them
