My experience with LilySilk and Trustpilot

My experience with LilySilk and Trustpilot has generally been excellent. As soon as an item became unavailable, they contacted me right away, which I really appreciated. I have never had any issues with payments or with my card everything has always been smooth and reliable. Overall, a great experience I would definitely recommend this to others looking for something stylish, comfortable, and wellmade.

I would not recommend purchasing from LilySilk

I’m updating my review after finally receiving a full refund.
While LilySilk did eventually resolve the issue and refund the full amount, the overall experience was still very frustrating and stressful.
Key issues:
Sizing was highly inconsistent (M blazer extremely oversized, S pajamas still too big and unwearable)
Product quality and material did not meet expectations
Color did not match website images
The biggest issue was the return process:
Customers must arrange international shipping to China
There is a risk of high import duties on returns
My shipment was initially held because the receiver refused to pay tax, which caused additional stress and delays
Although LilySilk eventually stepped in and covered the duties and provided a full refund, this only happened after multiple escalations.
For a premium-priced brand, this process is unnecessarily complicated and risky for international customers.
I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved, but the experience itself was far from smooth.

For the best results, we recommend using our "What’s my size?" tool alongside your usual size to help you choose the most suitable option.

Regarding the return address. We operate multiple return warehouses around the world to serve our international customers. Asian countries and regions (e.g., Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong): Returns can be sent to the warehouse in China.

Cancelled my order citing…

Cancelled my order citing “discontinuing item and unforeseen supply chain changes,” despite the item being available for purchase at the time. The cardigan was on sale and was later removed from the website rather than marked out of stock. Similar styles remain available, which makes the explanation unclear.

To their credit, the refund was processed quickly and communication was good throughout. However, when I asked about exchanging for the same cardigan in a different pattern, I was told it was a different style despite appearing very similar, and that the price difference was too significant- even though both had a similar RRP prior to sale.

This was my first purchase with them and I was very excited, so overall the experience has been disappointing.

A great experience all due to an…

A great experience all due to an outstanding LILYSILK Customer Service agent called Apple. I had a difficult problem as I had made a mistake with my email address on the order, therefore I never received a Receipt for my order or updates. When I needed to return my purchase I had no order number or receipt to refer to. Apple never gave up until she found my order and rectified the mistakes. I am very impressed with her tenacity and grateful to her.

I am writing to formally express my… Unacceptable Quality and Misleading Product Standards

I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with the pants I received. The product is of unacceptably poor quality and does not meet reasonable consumer expectations, especially considering its price point. The sizing is entirely inaccurate the pants are excessively large and do not correspond to standard measurements. In addition, the overall construction is highly defective. The satin fabric appears cheap and poorly finished, with numerous loose threads visible throughout the garment. This level of workmanship is entirely inappropriate for an item positioned at this price level. The discrepancy between the advertised quality and the actual product delivered is significant and raises concerns regarding quality control and product representation. The price paid is in no way justified by what was received. This purchase has resulted in complete disappointment. I expect this matter to be reviewed carefully, as the current situation reflects poorly on your brand’s standards and reliability.

Before placing my order with Lilysilk, I wrote with Connie from customer support. She responded promptly, clearly, and in detail. She was very friendly and answered all my questions.
