Wonderful Support Staff Help & Resolutions.

LilySilk has always made purchases, returns & refunds very easy for me. (I've ordered a LOT of quality items from this company & have made few returns overall.) Their Customer Support personnel are friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. This time "Apple" is the staff member who helped me & it has been a very good experience. Thank you to "Apple" and to LilySilk.

Bad quality of material.

First of all it took an unreasonable long time for me to receive my orders. Second, I washed them with fine fabric detergent in COLD water and dried them over a towel; however, they both shrank quite a bit and the colors  faded. ONLY AFTER ONE WASH! It looks so cheap!I am SUPER disappointed having spent so much money on several items. Your fancy wrapping doesn't do much if the quality of your materials is so bad:(
I wish I could return everything! I haven't even tried most of the items yet but they seem unworth of their price!

I forgot to enter my discount code, but after inquiring, it was granted retroactively without any red tape. I was very pleased about that. An employee with the nickname “Apple” helped me.

Legit brand

Legit brand, good website - easy to use.

Clothes are very nice - very classic styled. I bought a baby cashmere cardigan from them and it’s one of my favourite pieces - even though it’s light weight, it’s so very warm, and was the piece I reached for everyday on my winter trip to Japan.

Returns are handled well - although you have to pay for your own returns label in the UK.

The quality of the clothes reflects the price - genuinely “heavy” silk pieces (I previously shopped silk skirts from reformation, and I am shocked at the difference in thickness). Cashmere is good quality, soft and comfortable.

Sales are frequent. I learned that discount codes only work for full price items. To get the best bang for your buck, you may need to be a bit crafty with when you buy.

Working with Lilysilk has been a pleasure thus far. I reached out to Customer Service with my question and received a fast reply from a wonderful person by the name of Connie. She was very engaging in her response and assisted me with continuous replies to my questions in a prompt manner.

Her attentiveness thus allowed me to move forward with an order that’s to arrive soon.

As Lilysilk provides a great online platform for top notch and quality garments, having Connie on this team surely makes for doing business a wonderful pleasure.

I ordered a $600 conforter that I never…

I ordered a $600 conforter that I never got! My only way to get a refund was “seel”. They asked for my banking routing and account number! I am not comfortable with giving that out. Worst company I have dealt with, 2nd to Macys!

This Model doesn’t have a long lifespan

With these blouses and also with the Model "Spread Collar Silk Shirt", the fabric changes at sleeve level around the underarm area. It already starts after just two hand washes. I’ve bought several blouses of this model, and it’s always the same. Am I the only one experiencing this? It doesn’t happen with the model that contains spandex.

Very Disappointed

It was a beautiful blouse. A little stiff at first, but after the first wash it got better. Unfortunately, it had a black mark on it when it arrived. I thought it might be a bit of dirt from production, so I wore it figuring that it would come out after the first wash. Wrong move. It didn't wash out. I was too excited to wear it, and made a bad decision. In the end I paid way too much for a flawed blouse. Very disappointed.

Lovely little top, silk has nice hand feel

Lovely little off-one shoulder top. Was a titch worried when I realized the top just slips over your head versus having a zipper but the 4 fits true to size and I had no difficulty putting it on/taking it off. Well made, light fabric but top has two layers of silk to cover the chest area. You still need a bra but the extra layer is appreciated. Took about 2 weeks to arrive but no complaints!
