I bought an expensive skin care product and paid an expensive shipping cost but never received it. Their DHL express said it was delivered but I didn’t get my package. Lily Vanity told me to follow up on my own for my package. What is the point of paying high shipping costs when it should be their responsibility. Plus, DHL EXPRESS won’t take any responsibility either. I will not buy from this company again.
