We were using spreadsheets and Sage 50 before as our main systems, then we switched over to LimeBooks as it appeared to be the best value for money and easiest to use compared to other software.
The software is very easy to use and pick up and made working with bank statements extremely easy and we saved significant time doing VAT returns and accounts immediately.
We then realised there's an extra time saver in the second year around, where we've already prepared the previous year's accounts, everything flows through smoothly and it's easy to post journals and export to TaxCalc.
